My wife went here because she was in a rush and the name is similar to the Chinese place we normally go. When she got home I picked up the receipt to check the order to make sure all the food was there and I noticed everything on the order was significantly more expensive than all of the other Chinese food places in the area. Paid a good 20-25 more for this order than we normally do at one of the other three places we normally go. I thought oh well we were in a rush that’s what we get so I continue to check the order to make sure everyone’s food was there and upon checking the order I find they put seafood in all of our food and it just so happens that two of the members of my family are allergic to seafood, for for some reason we ordered chicken fried rice we got shrimp and chicken fried rice we ordered chicken lo mein we got shrimp and chicken lo mein at that point we just threw everything away. So not only did we pay $25 more than any of the other places in the neighborhood would have charged us but for some reason without ordering shrimp they put shrimp in at least two of our items and we just couldn’t trust any of the rest of the food with our lives. I could not recommend this place less please if you have any allergies do not eat here even if you are very careful and make sure what you’re ordering does not have your allergen, you can’t trust that it won’t end up in your order anyway.

your reply illustrates you lack of comprehension of the issue, i never said you sell chicken and shrimp fried rice, i stated i ordered chicken fried rice and you gave me chicken fried rice with chicken and shrimp in it. your attitude in your reply is to cavileave for such an import and deadly issue as food allergies. then to try to dismiss your careless, your dangerous, your inevitably deadly actions as a made up story from someone trying to be malicious. let me remind you that things dont go away on the internet, the next time you do this, the next time you contaminate a partons food with an allergen there will now be a record of you being told of you cooks carelessness. then instead of trying to do better you accused the victims of making up stories showing little care for the wellbeing of you clientele or the community at large. you should be ashamed of yourself and I truly hope you get your act together before you kill someone.
When I open the bag when I came home, there was no can of soda, so I called next day waiting apx 18 minutes to sove the isssue because this erastaurant use out source operator to take an orders. When “manager” Marcos pick up the phone it and put me on hold for apx 10 min to solve the issue.
Beside this minor issue, the real dissatisfaction was the food quality. Both items were REALLY SALTY, no flavor, rice was dried up almost raw salty crapy, no flavor fried pork fried rice which had NO,almost NONE if pork on the rice and salty crap.
Roast pork Lo mein had A FEW “shoe sting” ( may be 1/4 oz full) roast pork with bunch of Lo-mein salty noodles.
So call manager ” Marcos” was just an operator who can not able to provide the name of the owner or operational manager.
I’ve been eating Chinese food (Good and Bad) since I born since I’m a Asian decent, also I support any local business to succeed, BUT quality of this food is really really BAD.
“Operator/Manager” Marcos said he will address this issue to the owner.
I would give negative review if it was an option.
Order was bad. Instead of replacing my food. They charged me for the replacement as well
Which was worst than the original food. Money wasted.
