This spot is the best Healthies in town. I’ve tried shakes from other local places, and none of them come close to the quality here. The shakes and teas are ALWAYS consistently on point, and I love the wide variety of options available. The mini pancakes are delicious, and you can never go wrong with one of their açaí bowls! Highly recommend. Also great people !

If you want a REAL fruit smoothie, do not come here. But if you want a sweet sugary dairy drink come here. I’m ngl the acai is bussing, so good. However when we ordered our fruit SMOOTHIES, it tasted chalky, super artificially sugary and my orange creamsicle smoothie tasted like cereal? However the vibes inside are super cute and positive!

This building is absolutely adorable, and a wonderful atmosphere! Their teas are delicious but sweet!
I tried their mixed berry smoothie expecting something light and fruity, but it tasted more like a birthday cake shake with a lot of dairy and sweetness. It would be super helpful if the menu had ingredient descriptions so customers can know what to expect, especially when ordering something labeled a smoothie when they also have shakes!
It was absolutely delicious, don’t get me wrong, but the initial sip when i was expecting a refreshing, healthy tasting, fruit smoothie definitely threw me off. If i wanted sweetness, i would have ordered a shake, yk?
While i may find a new smoothie spot (new in town), i will 100000% be back for their teas and i can’t wait to try their energies! an adorable little shop that gives off that wonderful local business energy that people look for!

On my 1st visit they explained their products & gave me a Free “Personal Wellness Profile” designed specifically to help me eat the right amount of calories & nutrients to lose weight & also educated me on not starving my body to lose weight. I had to stop thinking about “dieting” & start thinking about “ a new eating lifestyle “ and that is what I did. I have lost 35 pounds! Thank you!
