So far the best brisket I have had in VA/WVA… and the best Slaw!! Super fresh cabbage and sweet sauce to balance. They offer the Banana pudding as a side on their platters!! I had the ribs as well… really flavorful but thier choices of homemade sauces were the best. Could get enough …dipping the brisket and ribs even the cornbread in variety of vinegar based or mustard based choices. (Cirnbread needed it…wasn’t the best)

This place is a must-try. The brisket is delicious and tender, while the barbecue chicken is surprisingly crunchy and moist. We got takeout, and we will definitely be back.

This place is in great location easy access, very friendly. The food is very top of the line not to dry, flavor yes its amazing the only down fall is this open only on Wednesday thru Saturday.. I guess it give you some time off to digest all the food they serve you.. keep up the good customer service and food

Today was the first time my family and I tried this place. We were just passing through and was going to eat in the city but decided to stop in the small town of Broadway and try this barbecue place and boy I was right this place was amazing. Extremely good food the brisket was tender and juicy, but just had the right amount of chew and the turkey was not dry at all. The mac & cheese was cheesy, but not overpowering. I will say They were sold out of pit, chicken and ribs and we really want to try the ribs, but we’ll get there next time but everything that we had was absolutely amazing.
The atmosphere was great quiet with a little bit of music and the staff was absolutely incredible. When you ask questions they answered with respect. The only complaint that my husband has is then when he was done, he couldn’t get off the chair because he had eaten too much. That’s how good the food was.

Fat Boyz is theeee spot! We were visiting from out of town & this was some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich, nachos, and quesadilla – all were AMAZING! Also the baked beans were incredible. I would 12/10 recommend this place if you’re in the area!

There are a lot of items to choose from on the menu and the staff are friendly.

Came here with my sister and kiddos for live music and great food! Ordered a smoked chicken quarter, beans, slaw, and tried their amazing new creation – a birria-stuffed poblano pepper ❤️ It was so good and I’d order the heck out of it if they’d make it a regular menu item! Tender, flavorful, and the perfect bit of mild heat from the pepper. My kids ordered the brisket nachos and brisket quesadilla; they both gave a thumbs up and we all know happy kids at a restaurant make for a happy mom at a restaurant! Love that we have such good food and good music in our bitty town.

We travel from Charlottesville to come get their BBQ. While everything is delicious, our favorite is the baked beans. All their food is wonderful with huge portions. You won’t leave hungry!!
