I popped into this town from Virginia to see my wife’s cousin. I’ve eating my way from coast to coast more times than I can count and I’ve never been more impressed with the sheer quality of this hidden gem. I ordered the breakfast burrito and a single pancake with an orange juice. Im 6’4” 300 and it was the perfect size. The home made pico de gallo was a great addition. It was so amazing I HAD to ask who made it. The chef Miss Carla came out with a radiant smile and was such a delight! She’s an amazing chef and an equally wonderful person. I’d put this place up against any breakfast I’ve ever had. My cousin and wife both had the grits bowl with the homemade sausage! 10/10 all around. Perfect value! We will be back!

1st time visit. Went for breakfast. The food was cooked perfectly, including the grits. You would be surprised at how many breakfast places do not know how to make grits (if you cannot make grits properly we are done with you) but this cook at Cosmos has mastered how to cook a complete breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and hashbrowns cooked just right. I would suggest to the cook to not be so heavy handed with the salt. There was salt included during the cooking as well as added afterwards….too much!! Our waiters name was Jayce. This young man carried himself in such a professional manner which is rare to see in so many kids his age. Many kudos to Jayce and his parents. The 3 stars are because of excessive salt in the food.

15 min before we were asked if we’d like to order. Only because I walked up and asked if they come around and take orders or do I need to order at counter. Ordered two drinks and food immediately. 10 min later drinks (water) arrived. 45 min later I was told they forgot to submit my order. Eggs toast and bacon. Waiting another 30 and decided to pay for the drinks and left hungry.

This place is a jewel. Perfect biscuits and gravy. The pancakes would make a friend of any crepe ever made, and the chef is a pleasure to be around.

What a neat little brunch spot. To be completely honest the atmosphere feels more like a beach snack shack than a brunch spot but the food is exceptional. They have a few traditional dishes mixed with a few unique dishes to make for an amazing experience. Cosmos is definitely worth a visit.

We’ve been looking at this place for a while & I’m so glad we finally tried it!!! We went on a weekday around 1 & we were the only people, which for us was awesome. It was super kid friendly, they had 2 free arcade game machines, street fighter & pac man that kept him occupied while we waited on food. Our server Alexis was very patient & nice & even gave our son a sticker & a slap bracelet. The food was amazing, & me and my husband are very picky with restaurants in this area of BSL. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I got the Breaky Bowl, my husband got the Breakfast Smash Burger. Big portions & reasonable prices, most mains were around 15$ and drinks were 3$ each, with the exception of coffees (and probably alch). With how expensive waffle house has gotten, this is definitely our new favorite breakfast option in the bay.

Overall loved it and will absolutely be back, but they were definitely experiencing staff shortage when we were there on a Saturday morning. There wasn’t a “hiring” sign out so maybe someone called out sick, but it looked like there was one person manning the bar and one cook in the back handling a party of 6 and several smaller parties. Both staff were excellent and did not let this stress them, but it would be great if management made sure they had the help they needed. Because of the short staffing and one of the drink machines misbehaving, it was a longer wait than we expected. Drinks and food were great, the 2 people working were very attentive and helpful.

Went on an extremely busy saturday morn…got seated at the bar immediately…I had the breaky with scrambled eggs, grits and smoked andouille sausage and it was fantastic. Huge portions! My eyes were bigger than my stomach because we also got an order of sundae beignets and I couldnt finish them all! I originally wanted to check it out just for the space theme but will def be back because of the great food! The decor is the icing on the cake!

The food was amazing.. we have been a few times …I just hate that there is always one server and she does an amazing job I just know from experience she needs help!! Always kind and pleasant so we don’t mind waiting! Chef’s are talented as well! Definitely now your ordinary menu but great choices… Oh and the little card trivia games are a great way to put your phone down and enjoy the company!
