I rarely take the time to review but felt that I had to. The three dishes in takeout boxes on the left are what we ordered yesterday. Every dish was incredibly salty. The fish in the center was tender that was the only good note. The most problematic one is the small starter dish at the bottom- the chili beef and lung slices is not fresh at all. We are no stranger to this dish but it was no enjoyment and caused stomach irritation later.
I remember being very excited about a fairly popular Chinese restaurant opening in Issaquah. I truly hope it can improve or at least just be SAFE for customers.

We had a blast there! How delicious and large each dish was! My son and I travelled to Seattle and found it near the Troll Hunt, and they surprised me with big portion and yummy taste. They didn’t change the recipe of each dish to please the local people’s favor of sweetness, but kept how authentic they should be. Respect!! Not sure why it’s 4.1, but based on its at a spot where most people don’t appreciate AUTHENTIC Chinese food over Panda Express, which is not authentic or high quality at all, I wasn’t surprised.

Really excellent Sichuan food! My family of 8 (including 2 toddlers) really enjoyed the whole meal. We loved the chili chicken, eggplant, ma’po tofu, sichuan pork and green beans. Amazing all around and excellent SPEEDY service.

I’ve lived in Issaquah for 6 years, and haven’t found a good Chinese restaurant until Dangui opened. I’m so glad Issaquah has authentic Chinese food now! Only 10 min drive from home, no need to drive Bellevue. Been there many times with my friends, tastes great, portion is huge, owners are super nice. Definitely top choice in the area.

Last night, at the grand opening of this restaurant, my friends and I enjoyed a delightful dinner and celebration. The cuisine was exceptional, and my favorite dish—the smoked Chinese bacon—stood out as the best I have ever had. Its rich, authentic flavors brought back fond memories of my hometown in China.
A highlight of the evening was the special performance by the renowned CHIME band, widely regarded as the finest Chinese band in the Seattle area. I was fortunate to have a close-up view of their incredible performance, which made the experience even more memorable.

I saw some of the negative reviews and was a little bit hesitant to come. I’m glad that I did! I think that any new restaurant has kinks to work out at the beginning – which is totally understandable. This team has clearly been working through the comments left by others and I was very impressed by the quality of the food and the service tonight! Everything that we ate was delicious. We ordered specifically the spicy edamame, salt and pepper okra, stinky tofu appetizer, dried tofu with leeks, pea shoots with garlic, pork with bamboo, glutinous rice balls in rice wine. I was extremely impressed with how fresh everything was and how delicious it was! We will definitely be returning

Perfect dining experience for a group!
They have both very authentic Chinese cuisine, as well as the American-Chinese staples you’re used to. Both of which are absolutely delicious.
The service is incredible. All of the workers are so kind and gracious. Huge shout out to the bartender Kevin for the perfect cocktails! Highly recommend.

Rejoice there is great szechuan food on the Eastside! We always drove by this restaurant but finally tried it for lunch. Spicy fish was tasty with nice numbing oils, and chicken wings were delicious. Great service as well.
