We had an amazing experience at Off The Wall in Davie, Florida, for our five-year-old daughter’s birthday! The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout goes to Jakari, who took care of us and truly went above and beyond. He was professional, friendly, and made the celebration even more special. Although the kids had a wonderful time, many of the games were out of order or shut off. The bathrooms should and could be kept cleaner, the general cleanliness and tidy-ness of establishment could use some TLC from the management staff. Eat before you arrive as the food is not the best. The staff working the trampoline area were very friendly and attentive towards the smaller kids and toddlers. The prize attendant was very nice and patient with kids. Would be back.

Last time I went was last year for my niece birthday the prices were ridiculous on top half of the stuff weren’t working for the play pen and jump to different prices on top service is ridiculous the bathroom were bad, now her birthday is the 8 I was like let’s check it out and give a chance not at all prices are worse from 30$ for an all day is 47$ almost 50$ and they make you get the socks no matter if you have I went to make a reservation for 6 kids and it was like 500$ the manager was a kid at that and the attitude is horrible let alone is starting to be more a grownup place is cool with the bar the kids that work at the jumping part let the kids hit girls they don’t stop it my nephew which is 8 came with he’s lip slip my daughter somebody stole her necklace snatched it we made a complaint show the kids they didn’t give a crap do I called the police and report this place yeah is ridiculous as a Hispanic woman mother you can’t enjoy yourself because this other families over power the place ! Is nice now but is jumping to a lake full of alligators it’s nothing but problems the grown-ups overtake everything and it’s ridiculous. Will I go back hell no

What a great experience we had. We were there for a bday party but arrived early for lunch. Between the fantastic food ( I suggest trying the Cuban sliders), amazing service by Amber who was on point and so nice, and the manager Julian speaking with us personally to see how everything was, we felt like we were regulars that they knew personally. I’ll be back again for sure.

Very bad experience, came with party of 9 people and sat at the “social” area, ordered food and 1 hour later nothing had come out. Had to ask them to void order. Bar area very inexperienced . Things have change for worst, not the same nice place this used to be. Positive side, the axe area and kids had fun in jumping zone.

Horrible experience from beginning to end. Left completely disappointed after trying so hard to be positive since I was celebrating my birthday with friends. Arrived at 1pm only to be met with slow service, unfriendly/unhelpful management, non existent bartender, and was told that they lost the key to the karaoke room and to try coming back again at a later time.

Amazing time out with my girlfriends. You have an hour to ax throw. Once your time is up, you can’t add on to your time because other parties are waiting, which is fair, I guess. There were other things to do, like ping pong tables, air hockey, basketball arcade games, dj playing the latest hits, a bar, and food. I ordered one of their salads, and it was the best salad I’ve had in life! The drinks were okay. We ordered a round of pink Himalayan margaritas per the waiters’ recommendation, and it did not do what it was supposed to do, so I wouldn’t recommend that. We went back and ordered some more drinks, and they were okay too. We had to purchase another shot of tequila for one of the drinks because the alcohol was a bit weak. But overall, I really enjoyed myself here.

I had a positive experience overall here with my partner. We did the axe throwing which was great fun and done really well. This was on the 11th. The guy running the axe desk was really nice and explained things well. There’s a lot of activities here to do of all sorts, the variety is appreciated. The axe throwing as said is super fun and well worth the money. The only things I didn’t like were 1. the bathrooms weren’t well mantained (this is pretty standard for these amusement places I’ve noticed though) and 2. the shots don’t have prices listed on menu and cost more than a full drink which is overpriced. I’d go back and recommend the place
