I’ve been to this location before and they’ve done this to me THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. I’ve asked to have a certain sauce on the side for my sandwich, and then I asked to have a different size. Now for the 3rd, and final, time, they didn’t include my sauce on the side, AND I ordered a large and they gave me a regular. Again, this happened multiple times. So, although I’m so done with this location, hopefully this helps someone else, just check your order before you leave, and I guess you must yell your order to them so they can hear you right. Very disappointed.

Ok so low high key this spot is a hidden gem. The food is always made to perfectly delicious. Made exactly how I ordered (with every modification remembered) the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Want to personally thank Ricky, Barrett, and Keegan. They are always friendly and the shining example of customer service. This place is 10 outta 10. I highly recommend

Been to this location several times, almost to the point I’d be considered a casual, and I’ve never had any issues with it.
However, the last time I went, the manager lady (in the red shirt) was just unprofessional. No hi or hello when I walked in, had an attitude in her tone when asking about my order, didn’t offer me a receipt, and then when I did ask, she was visibly upset that she had to reprint it, and then no thank you or goodbye. She would go on to complain about a large online order that came in to her coworker while making my sandwich. Other than that, I was the only person in the whole place.
Lastly, the sandwich and fries were good as always, but it was incorrect (sauce was added on the sandwich that I had asked to be on the side, not the end of the world but scraping sauce off my sandwich is not how I wanted to enjoy my meal. The same one I’ve gotten literally every time).
I won’t blacklist the place just yet, maybe she was having a bad day like we all do sometimes. I would only advise treating your paying customers like people and not obstacles.

I had the most bizarre thing happen at this Penn Station. I ordered online, came by to pick up, and realized I had ordered from another location. Totally my fault, but didn’t have time to drive to pick up at the other location. I decided to place a new order (paying twice due to my mistake) and they refused to let me order… literally would not let me order and pay for sandwiches. I thought she assumed i didn’t want to pay again, so I clarified of course i would, it was my mistake. She again refused and said there is my general manager, he will confirm our policy. And he did, he refused to let me order!! Crazy situation and sadly we’ll never visit this location (right up the street from our house) again.

I rarely ever leave negative reviews but today I felt it was necessary after the service I received at this penn station. The lady behind the counter was so rude and seemed to dislike me asking questions or needing assistance. She gave off the impression that I was bothering her when she had no other customers or orders to fill. I hope my takeout food is okay after she was so rude to me. I hope she learns how to smile and not be so off putting to customers. I wish I would have got her name so I could put it on here. I’ll just go to the other locations if this is how the service is expected here. After all, this is her job so she should be nicer than how she treated me.
