Tried to place an order for pick up on the phone. The person I was speaking to kept getting the orders wrong. I respectfully asked if there was someone who could understand me better. She abruptly said, “I understand you, you come in and order” and hung up on me!

The wings were so small they could have passed for popcorn chicken, both flavors of wings and the order of onion rings arrived colder than the 25 year old freeze bitten popsicle at the back of every grandma’s freezer, AND the lemon pepper wings tasted like straight up acid and cleaning products. After ingesting the lemon pepper wings we felt like Mr clean and a cancer patient all at the same time. The only high points of our meal was the man who delivered it and the ranch dressing…would not purchase again EVER. (Ps) the cup of ranch was bigger than the wings..

I just went and picked up my takeout order for a Philly steak with extra cheese. Omg this is just what I needed. Fast and delicious! They were super slow and the employee who greeted me was very friendly and polite. Im so glad I have them a try.

I’ve had a few good experiences with delivery so I decided to stop there for lunch. Very disappointing, asked for a small salad, they said they were out. I could only get a large…. the concept of putting a small portion in the large bowl was unacceptable to the lady at the counter. She said “no”. So did I, exceptionally rude. I won’t go back….

Came in for some wings didn’t like them offered to pay for some more he just gave me money back talking about if I didn’t like the wings again what was I gonna do ask for some more I didn’t ask for no more I was willing to buy some more very disappointing I would absolutely never recommend them to anybody at all worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant!!!!!!! The asain lady working in the front is very rude and cuts people off in the middle of ordering . She tries to rush you to finish speaking. The food was literally done in 60 seconds or less. The fish was to soft/ undercooked and the wings looked liked throw up. The texture of the wings was chewy like gum . I have been to multiple American Delis but this is the worst one !!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE . I rarely give a review but I had to. The service and food was bad . The best part was the friend and even that was mediocre. ( how does American deli mess up fried fish ??

Ownership switched up , place got worse when the Asian family took over prices spiked and quality went down 80 cents for a ranch sauce is hilarious not to mention you get 1 sauce for a 10 pc wing. No carrots no celery straight up cheap and greedy. Wings the size of your pinky finger , asked for a extra sauce no charge they laughed at me
