I LOVE it here!!!! The baristas and management are so amazing and such fast learners. They’re all so polite and their hard work shows. The cafe is incredibly beautiful and welcoming, the baristas happily correct any mistakes, they go out of their way to make each other smile, and my espresso drinks are deliciously made to perfection every single time. Thank you all for being great and please know you all are very much appreciated. ❤️

This is a new location which has a really nice design. The seating areas are well thought out with charging ports close by. The tables were cleaned and drink pick-up areas void of spills.
The staff was quite friendly and very efficient in getting the drink made (decaf pour over).
There are two very large unisex bathrooms that are well maintained.

I come here frequently to study. The staff is amazing and they have a spectacular manager. Occasionally when they are short staffed, he will close the café area to make sure not to burden his employees. Additionally he isn’t just sitting down in moments like these. He is helping restock, make drinks, take orders, and still provide his staff with their respite breaks. Having a manager like this is so important for employee morale and you can see it in his staff!

Ordered one cold brew pecan crunch coffee with oat milk. First it wasn’t made with oat milk now did it have a pecan flavor, it was remade. I left a $5 gratitude in counter thinking it would be fine and to say thank you. Second coffee still no pecan flavor and just a small hint of oat milk. So disappointed I threw them both away as I walked out the door. I really wanted a good pecan cold brew coffee with oat milk

Friendly and quick service but only drive-through open. Also, went through a second time to get a grilled cheese sandwich but told they were all out even though it was only 1pm. Is this a new business without very much goods yet?!

Stopping at this Starbucks just reinforces why I prefer to support local coffee shops whenever I can. My daughter and her friend were owed a treat, and I had a few dollars on a gift card, so decided to stop here.
3 of us walked in, and knowing what they wanted, we went right up to order, the only ones in line. It was probably 3-4 minutes before 1 of the 3 employees even recognized we were there. They seemed to be busy working the drive thru and some online/app orders, but a simple “hello” or “welcome” doesn’t take much effort and would have been nice.
When we were helped, it was very much a business transaction without a lot of personality included. We waited a few minutes, our drinks were placed on the counter as something was said very quietly with no eye contact, we checked the sticker on the cups to verify it was indeed our order, and we walked out about $12 lighter.
I’ve had very similar experiences at other Starbucks. I highly doubt it’s something that’s trained into their employees…rather the nature of the people that they hire. I will continue to support local shops where the beverages AND the service are both refreshing.
