Worker refused me service at 8:45 pm when it clearly says on the door they are open till 9 and lied and told me the register was shut down I know this is a lie because I have come in at this time before and have also seen people come in up till 9pm if your “closed” y isn’t the door locked just cause the employee wants to go home doesn’t mean you can refuse service to a customer

Owner is incompetent and when he realized he made a mistake and gave my order to someone else he refused to make my sandwich order for me even though I already paid and there was no way to cancel my order through the app! Absolutely terrible customer service never had that happen to me before!

I came in the day after Christmas and the owner started yelling at me (and continued to yell) because I didn’t answer him fast enough. I wouldn’t have known he was the owner if he didn’t say he was, but had no uniform on so how would I have known. I’m a very quiet shy girl, so the fact I was treated this way only seconds after entering is awful! I walked out immediately. I’ll avoid Subway in general after this.

The employees here might need a lesson on reading or a refresher course on how to make a sandwich. Man i ordered a footlong and a 6 inch Both made the same exact way. But instead i received 2 six inches…. Wrapped separately. Missing a whole 1/2 of a sandwich. Maybe you’re thinking I put it in wrong. I double checked and even my receipt says it right. Maybe have the manager review and double check the employees before they wrap it to go. I’m frustrated because it says it on the slip…

I went there a total two times already the first time the food was fine but the customer service wasn’t too great. The second time customer service still wasn’t great and to top it off the food was not fresh. The lettuce was starting to turn brown and look wilted. The Cucumber looked beat up. The stuff just did not look fresh. But we payed for the sandwiches anyways since they already made it and I gave it a try.As I was eating it I noticed a weird odor. I open up my sandwich to figure out where the odor was coming from and picked up the onion and noticed that it smells sour and was slimy. Ended up throwing my daughters sandwich away and regretted eating mine because I vomited shortly after. I called the location so they can be aware of the fact of their food not being fresh but they didn’t take the feedback very well and were defensive. I’m calling to let them know so that they can change up their stuff and serve fresh food to customers. Take the feedback or not it’s only to improve your business. It’s not like I’m even asking for my money back or anything. I just thought that they should be aware.Just by looking at the food you would know that it’s not Fresh So to argue with a customer who’s telling you of fact is a great failure to your business. I’ve never wrote a review in my life. This is my first time writing one and also my last time going to this location.

I went to Subway and Abington tonight at 8:42 PM and when I walked in the gentleman told me that they were closed. I said to them you’re open till nine and he said no we’re open till 845. We close then at 9 o’clock, we leave at 9 o’clock so I was denied service so I don’t know how anything was.

DO NOT GO HERE. I’m currently sitting in this subway with my friends, I switch to a new table because i need to charge my phone to keep in touch with my mother, and at that moment, a worker comes out and yells at us to “pick a seat, and stay in it.” She’s a worker and she is representing their community, and shop. Yelling at children is NOT a good approach to represent her job. She’s yelled at my friends and I for the second time now, the first time, I was trying to leave, and yelled at me, “Don’t leave the door open, your either coming in or out!” If this happened one more time, I’m speaking to the Manager, and THATS FINAL.

Everytime I get a sub here they hardly put any lettuce on my turkey sub. Then they load on the mayo and mustard even when told to go lighlty on it. They seem to have a problem remembering to put the cheese on also. Then they proceed to squish the hell out of it to roll it up. If you enjoy eating an empty shell of bread with a load of mayo and mustard all squished into Oblivion then this is the place. If this had been the first time I would not have wasted my time writing this, however, it’s been more than once. Not stopping here again.
