Unprofessional and disorganized. I waited about 30 minutes past when my carryout order should’ve been ready, with my 10-year-old child waiting for dinner. Staff told me the brownies were in the oven, then later admitted they weren’t even started. No communication, no urgency, and the pizza was cold when I got home. Won’t be back — I’ll be choosing Marco’s going forward.

I go out of my way every time when ordering dominos to drive 10 minutes to this store specifically. Every time I come here the gentleman behind the desk calendar whatever you want to call it is always so sweet. I don’t ever have to wait an extra 30 40 minutes for my food to be made like Susquehanna street. 10/10

I requested the “hand to me” option for my delivery and by the time I got to my door, my food was on the ground. The delivery driver had already driven off, he called me to confirm delivery and was upset that I did not charge a tip to my card. I mentioned to him I had cash tip and he tried to apologize and come back. no way did you think that I would tip you after putting my food on the ground. I also purchased extra cheese and they barely put any on there. The quality of the food is not that of what I was expecting and the customer service is shitty at best.

I ordered online and around 20 mins later my order is cancelled. I tried calling like the email suggested and it rings a little then hangs up. I double checked if they are open and they are until 1 am. I tried 2 more times and the hang ups where almost instant.Unfortunately I don’t know how to change stores when ordering on the app but now I need to wait days for a refund and all the points I used from their rewards program.

I ordered online. I ordered wings and a pan pizza with marina sauce. When my pizza came, it was made with Alfredo sauce, not marina sauce. Also, half of the cheese was stuck to the lid and the pizza box was bent in half. When I called to have it fixed, they sent the same order with the Alfredo sauce. Again I called and the guy on the phone hung up on me 3 times, his name was James. Never again, Domino’s, I will be contacting corporate in the morning. Look at the picture of the wrong pizza’s toppings. It was supposed to be beef and mushrooms! Would you feed this monstrosity to your family?

On February 15th an order was placed and took over 2 hours to arrive. We tried to call the store to cancel the order to get a refund because at that point we didn’t want it anymore. Eventually they showed up to deliver so the delivery man was tipped for the drive but we didn’t except the food. He seemed frustrated with us and defensive we didn’t want the food. An email was eventually sent out requesting a refund but it’s been weeks and no response. Went into the store and the gentleman seemed he couldn’t care less about the frustration. Also it seemed like an employee brought their kid in while they were on shift to watch. Didn’t realize this was also a daycare. Never returning again. I understand places can get busy, but ignoring guests phone calls is very unprofessional especially when this could of been avoided if they just answered the phone. They gave extremely poor customer service while in store. The whole situation is ridiculous and like I said could of been avoided.
