Love this spot! We were craving pizza and didn’t have a lot of time. We were seated and presented with menus, ordered drinks, then placed the order for our pizza with the owner himself. We ordered our own pizza just the way we wanted it. He let us know it’ll take about 20 minutes. The staff checked on us multiple times. You can BYOB which we love. The pizza was outstanding. The crust is the recipe from the previous owner, Giannina, and her father. The ingredients are so fresh. Soooo good! This place is so affordable, delicious, and a true gem. It’s near Towne Lake without the Towne Lake prices. You can also order to go or delivery through Door Dash. Go get you some!!

Vittorio’s Pizza & Pasta is the closest pizza spot that remind me of South Philly Pizza. I now have lived here in Houston for 3 years. Finding a quality Pizza spot has been the hardest thing for me since I moved out of Philadelphia. When I moved to the Cypress area back in May, someone recommended me to try this Pizza spot. I never thought that I would be able to find any good pizzas done here, but I truly am thankful that I was introduced to this Pizza spot.
Despite the fact that they do not sell wings, everything is very quality, fresh, and the owner is such an amazing person. He greets everyone in the store, he makes sure everyone feels comfortable, and a lot the customers respect this establishment.

Vittorio’s serves the best prosciutto arugula wood-fired pizza in Cypress (the Roman’s pizza)! Each bite is a wonderful mix of flavors. The salad and minestrone soup were also tasty—fresh and satisfying.
For dessert, the limoncello cake and tiramisu were incredibly moist and delightful. The espresso was smooth and not bitter at all, making it the perfect ending to our meal.
The service was outstanding; our waitress was incredibly sweet, and the staff was friendly. The excellent customer service truly enhanced our dining experience. Apologies for the pictures—we couldn’t wait to dig in!

Best Italian restaurant outside of northern New Jersey/New York City. I was born and raised in New Jersey. Vittorio’s can open business in New Jersey and compete with the best of them. Vittorio’s wood-fired pizza is as good or better than anything I ever ate back east.

Stopped in 4/27 @3pm to try them out. It was my first time so I played it safe and ordered a 10in pepperoni pizza. It was hot, fresh and pretty good compared to many of the other pizza places around. I typically like my pizza with extra sauce. I didn’t receive that here, so I asked for extra and all was good. So for future visits, I will definitely order with extra sauce. This will definitely be my new go to spot for pizza out here in Cypress. Thank you and keep pushing out those great pies.

This is honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. The pizza itself was extremely salty, the sauce (aside from it having big globs of sauce all over) tasted like cheap canned spaghetti sauce, not pizza sauce but spaghetti sauce, the pizza was extremely greasy (I’ve had less grease on a cheesesteak) and the dough was incredibly tough. I felt like I was chewing on greasy cardboard. When this place was Gianinas, the pizza was great, but this place, not so much. I ate 1 slice of this pie and can’t stomach to eat anymore. A tip for the new owner, use less salt, take the extra time to make your own batches of sauce, use higher quality and fresh low moisture mozzarella and that will cut down on your grease issue, and don’t overwork your dough. Use high quality flour, don’t over knead it, let it proof for a few days and don’t overwork it when you’re making a pie and you’ll be good. I’m disappointed to say the least as this pizza tastes more like very cheap gas station pizza than the “Italian pizza” it’s portraying itself to be. I’m confident y’all can do better.
