I tried Jersey Mikes for the first time about a week ago. I have been for lunch every day since. The restaurant is very clean. The employees especially Austin are so Nice! The food is absolutely delicious. I have been on a health journey and I am so glad I found subs in a tub! I will be a frequent flyer of this location. Great Job Jersey Mikes!!

The quality and service of this location stands out amongst sandwich shops. The employees are consistently friendly- more so than you’d expect from a fast food restaurant. Always asking how you’re doing- making small conversations as they prepare your sandwich. Employees have done thoughtful things, such as recently I watched an employee carefully pick out tomatoes from the pan as to make sure I had quality ones, not soggy ones. I genuinely always feel happier after leaving this location. Every employee here is amazing. Food is always great. On the expensive side, but that’s a company issue, not a location issue.

Nothing like ordering a BLT with light mayo and ham and cheese. Then get home and you have a sub you paid 14 for and it had a jar of mayo bacon ham n cheese. The bacon wasn’t even warm or hot. In fact it was cold to the point it had grease that had settled on it from being fried and left to get room temperature. I call and the manager on duty says she watched your sandwich being made and if the lettuce and tomato was on there then I must have took it off.
Basically calling me a liar. Now if I was gonna lie you would think I would leave off the bacon or ham not a veggie. That is so ridiculous. Jersey Mike’s can keep their subs and it wouldn’t hurt my feelings if this location shuts down.

Ordered 2 subs, roast beef and chicken bacon ranch. Both subs were a 1:4 ratio of meat to veggies. The latter didn’t even taste like chicken. Workers kept placing bread from freshly made sandwiches on metal counters covered in remnants of previously made subs instead of white board working area suggesting potential contamination. Cold sub left in bag at register while I had to wait 10 minutes for hot sub. There was no time management, quality control or coordination of delivery among team members of completed order. One sandwich wasn’t even cut. This is my first and last time to this location.

Best subs, no debate. Fresh bread, stacked meats every time. But the real reason this place hits different is the crew. Emma, Jeffrey, and Ricky are absolute legends. Super friendly, fast, and they make every sub PERFECT even when it’s busy.

This Jersey Mike’s never disappoints. The people working there are always so nice, Everything tastes really fresh, he bread is soft, the veggies are crisp, and the meats have way more flavor than other places. I usually get the Philly and it’s just perfect every time. The store is always clean and even when it’s busy they move pretty quick. Honestly, it’s my go-to spot in King, NC.

I usually enjoy my local Jersey Mikes, but today’s visit was uncomfortable. While waiting, I overheard a young male employee working on the slicer making disrespectful comments about a customer’s order, including call them a “fatass” and bragging about how he goes to the gym. Regardless of who the food is for, that kind of talk is unprofessional and disappointing to hear as a customer. I was totally caught off guard. I hope management addresses this, because it doesn’t reflect well on the brand. I will definitely reconsider coming here if these disrespectful comments continue.
