I have been to most if the pizza huts in northwest kansas, and this one is…OK. our go-tos are usually cheese sticks, super supreme pan, and backyard bbq. The flavirs were there, but the super supreme was really anemic in toppings. At first, we didn’t think it was even a regular supreme. Picture attached; you decide. Other than that, the staff was courteous, professional, and prepared.

We rolled in with a bus full of hungry teenagers 45 minutes before close. I asked the manager if that was OK and she told us to bring them in. Food was tasty and fast. They took good care of us on short notice.

We met family friends (that had a sick grandmother in the hospital) from Denver there on the Saturday before Easter. Both pizzas were well undercooked , salad bar was half put together while the other half was sitting up at the bar, so even though I just got a small plate of potatoe salad for my toddlers to help them wait for the actual meal, still got charged $4.99 for and the servers refused to change that, the attitude the 2 female servers had is something I would expect from my teenage daughter being told she’s grounded and can’t go out with her friends! The servers yelled at eahother in front of me while I was up front paying my ticket and asking to add “only their specialty taco pizza” to my ticket( they didn’t like it due to it being so undercooked, and I felt bad)
My ticket alone originally was already over $60 which could have been a great tip for these high school girls if they deserved it one bit. They needed constant reminders on things, or EVERYtHING we asked for and the was only 1-2 other tables dining in and one carry out that took place over the entire visit.
Finally at the end I asked the girl for her managers name and number and I thought she was going to throw her phone at me.
I’m planning on contacting the actual corporate team rather than the management because from the google reviews I’m assuming the management in this particular Pizza Hut location doesn’t care either.

This was probably the first time I’ve had Pizza Hut this century, and probably also the last. The service was excellent, but the pizza was disgusting—incredibly greasy and oversweetened, and not a lot of taste otherwise.
