Great staff! Orders are quickly taken and made correctly. All of that while being friendly and professional. Generally, better prices than a certain mermaid competitor. Good drink selection. I can’t review the food as I haven’t eaten there, but get drinks nearly every time we go by the place.
There is a large selection of flavor syrups for drinks. My wife is a big fan of flavored, iced black tea.
Large size, 32 oz., is available for all the cold drinks.

If I could I would give zero stars. After paying and waiting in line for 20 mins left without coffee and money. Only 2 employees and they were not in a hurry to get customers their orders. Taking their time and just talking drinking their own coffee. Worse service ever.

Coffee was good, but service was painfully slow. When we pulled in, there was only one car ahead of us. It still took nearly 20 minutes just to place the order, and another 8 minutes after that to get our drinks.
I get that they brewed a fresh pot, and I appreciate that. But it’s a coffee shop. Fresh coffee should already be ready. By the time we ordered, there were 10 cars behind us. No one was being served at the pickup window when we pulled up.
Overall, decent coffee. Nothing special. I’m giving 4 stars because the drink was solid, but the wait was ridiculous considering one car ahead of us. Coffee also priced on the higher side.

I go through frequently and have to say the customer service is great, the girls are always so friendly, accommodating and smiling. Kennedy and Ruby are especially great and always get my order right. The food and drinks are awesome too!

Drive through, no sit in- not a deal breaker at all for us. Phenomenal staff, always kind and always accountable for the few mistakes they make.
The manager is one of a kind- she comes in personally to run the store during winter weather or storms to ensure the younger college kids don’t get hurt trying to drive into work during a storm. That warmed my heart so much to hear!
Drinks are great, food is good. Staff are the heart of this gem.

No point in ordering ahead, I placed my order 55 minutes in advance and it still wasn’t ready. I had to wait in line at both windows as if I hadn’t ordered at all. Very disappointing. Total wait time for coffee was 65 minutes.

Ordered at 3:45pm online with an order of just ice tea and ice coffee (both generic, most basic orders). We show up at 4pm and drove around to the “pickup” window – the lady opened the window after we waited for 1 minute, and said “sorry this is the wrong window, and you need to drive around to the ordering window”…. Just stupid, so we went around again – note there is no one in the parking lot or in line, and we just wanted two of the most basic things. So fine, we drove around, and waited for another 3 minutes at the “ordering” window, and she came with the coffee and tea.
A few issue – 1) I gave them 15 MINUTES of notice for the drink, why is it not ready when we showed up? Why did she MAKE IT ON THE SPOT, when we ordered ahead of time? What’s the point of ordering ahead of time? You have to show up and wait for them to start making the drink! 2) why do I need to go to the ordering window which is practically on the other side of the room? When she could have served me on the “pickup” window??? What customer service is this? 3) save yourself some time and effort honestly – Dunkin down the road, or the common man deli which is much bigger and much faster!!!!!
I used to really love the brand and quality of coffee but this so incredible disappointing. Avoid please for your own sanity!
