I recently visited Tapioca Express and ordered three drinks. Unfortunately, one of them didn’t taste good at all. When I asked if I could exchange it for something else, the staff informed me that they don’t allow drink exchanges, no matter the reason. It was a bit disappointing since we ended up leaving without the replacement. Overall, the experience was not as pleasant as I hoped.

No big boba available until after 11:45am.
I feel as if it’s on the menu, it should be ready when the store opens at 11:00am.
The seating area is fine. However, the bathroom was a little weird because they keep a big 55 gallon drum of used oil in there.
Order from the tablet in store or snack pass app. Not much interaction with employees.

This place is good. The boba drinks are good and the customer service is normal. The drinks are not excellent which is why I am giving it a 4 star. I have had better boba drinks but this place is good to satisfy cravings!

There is very nice and cool Halloween decorations at this tapioca express, and they have special Halloween drinks ( Pumpkin snow babble). I was so happy that they could customize a pumpkin snow bubble for me!!! The staff was very friendly and patient. I will definitely come back!

Friendly staff and the crispy chicken were on point. The chicken portions are bigger here compared to ones I’ve had at different TapEx locations. Clean establishment. 4 stars due to waiting longer than usual for my order.

I come here often because it’s the best and most convenient option nearby. The food and drinks are consistently good, which I really appreciate. I gave this place 4 stars because, on a few occasions, my drink order has been missing add-ons. The staff is always happy to fix it when I let them know, which is great—but sometimes I’m in a rush and can’t go back. Overall, it’s a solid spot with reliable quality, just a few small hiccups now and then.

ordered two drinks through uber eats, asked for no ice and I really don’t understand the logic behind replacing my ice with water. If I am asking for no ice I am obviously aware there will be less of the drink because duh, but to just water it down to fill up the cup is so stupid I ended up with two drinks that tasted gross and had a weird flavor because some employee lacks logic or stupid business practices?? idk but never buying here again.
