Im so glad they gave me the worst service and make me to waste my time for 30min waiting for my order, and I will definitely will visit again for complaining more about the worst service and irresponsible behaviors and attitudes from entire employees from this store.
As soon as I get into the store and it should prepared properly because I’ve placed an order exactly 40 min before for pick up my order and the woman in black shirt told me that I need to wait 10 min more, but all employees who’ve watching front cash register include that woman didn’t even notified me until I went back to cash register
While I was trying to talk with the person who is in charge, but the guy with short hair was keep interrupting and keep smiling and I felt very uncomfortable while I was having a conversation with the manager
Whatever it was, I was not very happy about how manager was trying to convince me and apologies about the time I wasted from this store and every single service from this store.

I wasn’t sure about coming back here, but after hearing they got a new manager, I decided to give it another shot—and I’m really glad I did! The two-piece meal was amazing—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. You can tell they’ve stepped up their game. Service was way better this time too—faster, more organized, and the staff was actually friendly. Huge improvement all around. I’ll definitely be back!

I visited this location on Christmas Eve around 3:10 p.m. While ordering at the register, the manager informed me that the only items available were chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, and fries. I politely asked if it was possible to make more chicken and mentioned that I was willing to wait.
Instead of responding directly, the manager looked at other customers and loudly repeated that only chicken sandwiches, fries, and chicken strips were available. I found this interaction to be very unprofessional and unnecessary.
If a restaurant is still open during its posted business hours, customers should not feel like an inconvenience for asking if fresh food can be prepared—especially when they are willing to wait. Many restaurants close down early despite their posted hours, and this continues to be frustrating. Although the owner’s sometimes come back and apologize . That is not enough . Especially if you want to run a good healthy business.
I chose to walk away rather than go back and forth, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Please do better. Merry Christmas!!!

I ordered two pieces of chicken at 11:55 on Saturday in the mall. 15 minutes later no chicken. We got five people working there walking around and not serving her. What a joke and I said I wanted my money back. They said it was gonna have to wait on! Don’t come here.

I work inside the mall and this is by far the worst vendor in the food court. I waited almost an hour for my food. The tickets on the screen were 10-15 min behind as they showed red. This was around 1:45pm and they were substituting food because they didn’t have some prepared. Their soda machine was down. I had the chicken sandwich and it was oily. My partner got a 2 piece meal and they had to sub it with 2 thighs. Overall this was a mess. My employees and I will never spend another dime there again. On of my employees put an online order. Went to pick it up, wasn’t ready waited 30 min and had to have it substituted for something else. The only thing I can suggest is that the menu be dumbed down to be even more efficient. It’s in a mall why have the full menu? Load up on tenders, sandwiches, and pick one piece

EVERYTIME I come to this mall this Popeyes location is always has some BS going on. Either they ran out of fried chicken, or there aren’t enough staff, or the fryers stopped working. TODAY – I was at West County Mall finishing up my shopping and thought “Maybe this is the day that Popeyes will have their crap together!” But oh was I SO wrong. My sister and I were approaching the restaurant when the employees literally SHUT OFF ALL OF THEIR LIGHTS in order to deter us from ordering. When I went up to the employee at the register, I asked him what the problem was now and his response was that the fryers were “down”. He didn’t ask us what we needed, just told us the fryers weren’t working. Then he asked what I was looking to order, and when I told him I was hoping for FRIED CHICKEN from a FRIED CHICKEN restaurant – and he tells me there are none WHILE I AM STARING AT A RACK OF CHICKEN BEHIND HIM. I can’t make this crap up! And then as my sister and I go onto the Grand Mediterranean Grill next door, the dang Popeyes all of a sudden turns lights back on and has a line of 20 people. What a terrible waste of space. Terrible service, TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES, TERRIBLE FRANCHISE LOCATION!!!! Stay away.

Absolutely horrible service. 20 minute wait for a 5 piece tender meal, and they don’t give refills on their fountain sodas that cost $3.50 a piece for the smallest option.
I don’t know what the deal with Popeyes is, but I’ve never been to one that was well managed. Every single one I’ve been to has had horrible service and even worse customer service.

We were at the mall when we decided we wanted to get food, so I decided to try Popeyes for the first time here. Overall, it was pretty good. I really like the food. The biscuits were very flavorful. The chicken was as well but the fries; they were all right, although the rest makes up for it. Anyway for some odd reason it took a long time before anyone could actually come up and serve us at the register. Although we finally got our food and the atmosphere was ehh and it was a mall, so what are do you expect.

I dont know who the health inspector is but they should be fired. Employees don’t wear gloves when handling your food even the cook doesn’t wear gloves. I’ve watch the one handling the food wipe her nose multiple times before grabbing food. Save your time and money

At first, I wasn’t sure about trying this place, but I’m really glad I did! The chicken was full of flavor and cooked just right, not dry at all. It was a pleasant surprise, and I’d definitely come back.
