Food was good except the fact that they forgot my teriyaki sauce and I had to drive back to get it. The girl at the drive thru really sucks. She’s rude and has zero customer service skill. Doesn’t smile or greet anyone with kindness. Don’t put someone with a bad attitude to work with customers.

Can’t believe how rude the drive through was. Annoyed with how long I’m taking when you are out of food items and also don’t know allergy information.
Also my food was about 60% of what I would get from any other Panda Express for the exact same order. Just a very bad experience. I even set the bar vert low for this location. I just want the food I ordered and please don’t be rude. You failed on both which is how you earned this review.

Best Panda Express out there! I’ve worked in the area for 5 years they’ve never messed up more order not once and the food is always hot and fresh. Friendly workers and quick service, never a long wait. Highly recommended!

The worst service I have ever experienced. After a long day of work I had been looking forward to a Panda Express dinner. But once I pulled up to the drive through I was hit with a “What do you want”?
While ordering I was interrupted, corrected on my own order, and barked at multiple times. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, because I know it can be hard to hear the customer through the drive thru. But after I slipped and slid across the completely iced over drive thru, the worker then tried to intimidate and confront me?
She questioned why I was “making faces” in the drive thru camera and was livid at my reaction to her awful service. I hadn’t even complained!! I was just confused what I had done to receive such hostility while giving my extremely simple order. I will never be going to this Panda Express again. No food is worth a night ruined by a worker who clearly does not value her job or Panda Express’s reputation.

The store was full, line was long. Took 15-20 minutes to get to service. They were out of string bean chicken, my wife’s first choice. I think the server was training someone – which is fine, but after I told the trainee my order, the trainer pushed him out of the way and made me repeat my order twice more before she filled it. Then there was another five minute wait at checkout. Hence, my food was cold when I got to my table. I know the food is good when it’s hot, but today it’s not.

Food is always consistent at panda express, but during rush time you should never be out of anything and making people wait for noodles. That to me is just crazy. A huge line just for noodles . And the cashier forgot my straw for my drink and most importantly my fortune cookie . So . Hopefully next time will be better.

I always enjoy Panda Express. I now get half noodles and half vegetables as my side dish. Great if you like to get more veggies in your meal. The kung Pao chicken is my favorite. The staff are friendly. My only disappointment is that there are always some of the main dishes running low. Not sure that I’ve been there when all of the options are available. You do have the option to wait for them to make it, which is nice. They are frequently busy but always keep the line moving along nicely. Great value for great quality food.

Really busy seems like all the time. They have indoor seating as well as a drive through that you can use. Food seems always fresh, the staff is friendly and quick. No real complaints on my experience here. Can never go wrong with orange chicken.

I order from panda app,plate I order show mein and original orange, instead I get show mein I get only cabbage And onions and probably I start eating but it was so greasy for me looks like it was the leftovers from the pot instead of throwing it away, they serve it,I went to the restaurant to change but I had already eaten some chicken because I tried to eat the food as ordered but I couldn’t, I arrived and asked for it to be changed, I was upset of course, I had ordered it for home delivery not to leave my house and I had to go out to return the food because for me it was garbage, the manager was rude she told me that all the food was like that in a not very friendly way either, seeing the plate she said that she could only replace the show mein because I had already eaten chicken it was not fair since she made me go to the store to return it when I ordered it so as not to go out the most sensible thing would be to replace the full plate I got upset and told her to give me the full plate it was fair in the end she ended up giving me the whole thing but it is unfair that they send us garbage since it is not free I am paying for a plate of food my money is worth the same if I order it or if I go to the restaurant

Be careful if you order delivery. DoorDash takes over. They gave us the wrong order containing shrimp and when calling panda to try to get the order replaced we were met with a disrespectful employee telling us to call DoorDash to get a refund. After fighting with DoorDash for a day or two finally I gave up and called panda back to try to get a resolution. Finally someone told me to call corporate and after all that finally they promised a refund. I have never went through this much trouble ordering delivery from anywhere.
