I had a disappointing visit here today. Even though the food came out quickly, it took a long time before anyone acknowledged us at the counter. Only one employee was helping at first, and two more came out later who could have been assisting sooner. The tables were dirty, and I found a hair in my bagel after a few bites (photo attached). None of the staff were wearing proper hair coverings, which is a serious sanitation concern. My friend also found a hair in her sandwich on a previous visit, so this seems to be a recurring issue.
I really tried to let it go because I understand being understaffed is tough, but food safety and basic customer service shouldn’t be optional. Between the slow acknowledgment, unsanitary food, and lack of professionalism, I can’t recommend this location until improvements are made.

I placed a catering order with Jersey Bagel over the phone for an early Sunday morning pickup, and the entire experience was seamless. When I arrived, Natalie was already there and had everything prepped and ready to go. She wheeled the order out to my car, and the presentation was great. Natalie was super friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend their catering service for any holidays or events!!! Reliable, well-organized, and delicious!

I love to support mom and pop businesses. Don’t order online. They don’t update items (bagels) that they are out of. They just replace them with plain. Door dash reached out and I gave them two other options but I got plain. The lady working the counter was willing to make another Sandwhich. I like them but will call in orders in the future. Do better.

Super cute bagel and sandwich shop. Came for breakfast.. the texture of the bagels was great – soft with a good chew. The ingredients seemed like great quality too. I got just a sausage egg and cheese on everything and my partner got a morning stimulus on Asiago. Only complaint was the flavor of the bagels themselves was a bit bland. Like the Asiago didn’t have a strong cheese flavor. But the fillings were delicious and like I said the bagels were well made. Will def be back to try other bagels. The blueberry looks promising .. lastly – coffee was ok. Nothing great but not horrible.

Made on online order for pickup and they messed up the bagel sandwiches. Not only were the sandwiches incorrect but the bagels were stale. I went to call them and they let the phone ring and then eventually pick it up and hang up. They used to be great but this is the second time they have done this. Back to Einstein Bagel.
