If you are looking for authentic Hawaiian food… LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! Food is seasoned with middle eastern herbs and spices and taste NOTHING like Hawaiian cuisine. Upon giving my feedback to the cart (when she asked me on the way out), she was rude and felt offended by my comments. I was just asking about “what do they put into the Mac Salad that gives it a different taste?”, that I’m accustomed in Hawaii. Also for $17, the portions are tiny. Rice was over cooked, big ball of mush!! Barely got a whole chicken breast. Please trust me, pass on this place!!

Sorry but I miss the old Hawaiian cart that moved. He was super friendly and food was yummy, you can tell in the passion he put into your food. Might be worth driving all the way to forest grove or heading out to 808. Not even the vibe of this cart gives you Hawaiian’s Aloha vibes.

This cart is just a horrible copying to the old cart.

Edit: the same cart owners own the “oh yum” cart. Same flavors. Makes since now.

Unfortunately this place is a hard pass. Something was wrong with every item on our plates. Super dry and overcooked pulled pork served over salad… so it turned the leaves soggy and warm. Overcooked and burnt Katsu. Over-peppered Mac salad that gave it an odd seasoning flavor. Rice was overcooked. Everything was inedible and WAY too salty.

Tragic. Left hungry because after spending $50 here, we couldn’t bring ourselves to buy a whole new meal from a different food cart.

Wish i’d seen the reviews before spending 16$ on dry “kalua pork” that seems like it was reheated from a few days ago. When given feedback, the girl working just tried to give me every sauce they had and sent me on my way, also saying that all their sales were final. -5 stars 🙁

Food was bland and really bad. Not worth $16-17 for a plate. Not even remotely close to authentic Hawaiian food. Only positive- the food was prepared quickly. Won’t be back.

Don’t be deceived by the photos! The food tastes like a sad freezer meal (think frozen chicken burger from grade school). Nothing about this tasted good or was authentic.
