When I walked in this poor girl was there by herself killing it. Granted she had a lil line but she again was by herself calm and collected smashing sandwiches out with a smile. This was at 8pm march 8 just want to make sure this girl gets her dues cause she deserves it.

I actually received a gift card from my health insurance (Atena). I received the gift card for completing a wellness check. The nice thing is the gift card was able to be loaded in my Google Wallet. Love it ✅

I’ve been a loyal subway customer for 30 plus years always leave tips I enjoy the food and service but lately the last two times I come after 8am when it says their open at 8 and the worker who opens the door doesn’t unlock the door after 10 to 15 mins after 8 but continuously watching me until I leave to unlock the door and I’m feeling like he doesn’t want to service African Americans the door is open for other races on time which I have witnessed on many occasions so my wife calls in about the issue and asked to speak to a manager he says he’s the manager so she ask for the information to speak with someone over him and he was very rude and got smart and hang up on her I won’t continue to spend my money there no longer I will be going to another location from now on completely unacceptable and very disrespectful

My first visit after a year, and my last visit. I ordered online, and when I arrived at the restaurant I was told that they were out of tuna, and had to make it. 30 minutes later I am still waitibg The staff are very rude. I would definitelynot recommend this subway..

I was so excited to see this location opened up again. It’s so close to me and I’ve been driving up to Brentwood almost weekly to get my elite chicken bacon ranch salad. This one is so close. But I’m actually baffled at the “salad” I just ordered. Usually when I order a salad it completely fills the bowl. They put about the same amount of lettuce and spinach that you’d put on a footlong into a bowl. I asked for more and I KID YOU NOT the guy put 3 leaves of spinach extra into my bowl. I was actually so baffled I didn’t know what to say. I usually get 4 slices of tomato – he gave me 2, not enough green peppers. The onion, cheese, and meat amount was fine. The dressing was fine (and he asked if it was enough). But like come on … $12 (plus I tipped but I shouldn’t have, so $15) for the salad I have in my picture. I added more lettuce when I got home.
All of this and they also have a sign on the door that says they don’t accept coupons. You tell me what that says – small amount of food given + not accepting coupons…
I’ll drive to Brentwood.

Following an online order pickup, I received three sandwiches, all of which had hard, crumbling bread. Additionally, one sandwich was prepared incorrectly, despite the straightforward nature of the order. I request a full refund of $30.05.

Bread is old and stale. Why are you making bread days before selling it? You can definitely taste the difference. Try another location they’re trying to save on money and sell you old food.

I placed an order for pick up on the mobile app. I picked up my sandwich and drove the 10 minutes home. When I got home, I opened the sandwich to see that it was missing black olives, pickles, and cheese. I called the store since there doesn’t appear to be a help option in the app. I get ahold of the gentleman where there is a clear language barrier. I explain that my sandwich is wrong after some back and forth. He then tells me he can remake it. I asked, not once, not twice, but three times if he’d like me to bring this sandwich back. He said no all three times. I get back in my car and start to drive there. Five minutes later I get a phone call from Subway from the same gentleman asking me if I could actually now bring back the sandwich. They wanted to take a picture of it. I explained I was already on my way there and didn’t want to go dig a sandwich out of the garbage after he specifically said not to bring it back. When I arrived the store, the older man, I’m assuming the manager or franchise owner said I should consider myself lucky he agreed to make me a new sandwich. And I said, I offered to bring the old one back. And he said it didn’t matter because I could have gone home and removed those toppings just so I could get a free sandwich. Excuse me? Go home, scape off melted cheese, remove pickles, black olives, just so I can drive back to get another sandwich? Mind blown. I do my best to be understanding and patient. I would have brought the sandwich back. But then him talking to me like that? Insanely horrible service. Very unprofessional. These new owners are terrible. I will not be back. Take your business elsewhere. And for the love of god, stop asking people to tip you for making your food. Oh and 16 for a foot long sub meal? Insane.
