Absolutely abysmal customer service. Ordered a pizza and 2 cheesesticks at 345pm for pickup at 545pm. When we arrived they hadnt even started on our pizza or cheesesticks and just said somehow our order got pushed back because they were busy. Said it would be another 45min to an hour. So it takes them 3 hours to make a pizza. Contacted the manager and got Absolutely 0 help. No wonder their employees act like they do.

Okay so first of all, TERRIBLE customer service! Our pizza was sitting on the counter READY and the woman put 3 pizzas in boxes after she said rudely “can u wait just a minute” some of the pizzas are good but their service is terrible.

Papa John’s has always been a great place to get pizza. Their menu is diverse and the food is of high quality. Recently the Paintsville KY store was so rude to me, my co-workers and I will not be going there. Good food can be found at many places but being talked down on should never be a part of the experience. It is unfortunate that people can not see past their own little part of the world and understand that other people work hard and are not intentionally trying to inconvenience another person.

Poor. I love Papa Johns pizza but within a month period of October 2017 I have had the worse service I have ever had at any pizza place. This last time I was told that they didn’t have pans at the moment. This is when they had the two medium pan pizzas with two toppings for 13.98. So I had to go to Little Caesars. Highly disappointed.
