Good location for the gondola…after (and before?) Skiing. Good lication in general. Nice size for table seating and for the bar. Tonight there was a mix of visitors and locals…made for a great atmosphere. Great selection of beers and cocktails…artfully made by the lovely Julia who skillfully welcomed, engaged and conversed to make it feel friendly and cozy.
Food was spot on! Sandwiches were ample and in a great variety. Super tasty.
Good place to relax and chill – maybe a first apres ski stop! Maybe a great place for friends, pre dinner or just a whole evening.

Wife and I made our way here for lunch and drinks on a Monday. They’re relatively new having opened in July 2025 with this remodel and they did a great job. They had the doors open due to unseasonably warm weather but the atmosphere and vibe was great. Our bartender was super chill and the food and drinks were on point. Highly recommend the potato salad. It’s a Southern mustard and egg style which was an unexpectedly good surprise. Same with the grilled cheese, perfect portion and delicious. We’ll be making our way back here soon!

Saw great reviews for this place and decided to check it out for lunch on our first day in town. The Full Send was the perfect sandwich. It not only looked and smelled amazing, but was one of the tastiest sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Dakota was friendly and easy to chat with and had some great recommendations for places to check out during our stay.
If you’re in town, this place is definitely a place to visit!

Was looking for a good lunch spot that would be quick while visiting Breckenridge. We settled on The Shifty Lifty since we wanted a sandwich. This was some of the best food we had while in town! Ordered the Fast Lap and then built our own sandwich with turkey, pepperoni, swiss, gruyere and calabrian roasted aioli. Even got a side of mac and cheese which was outstanding. Everything tasted great and our server was so helpful and did great. I will mention that the music was pretty loud when we visited which was around 3pm on a weekday. Highly recommend The Shifty Lifty!

Absolutely delicious! After a day of playing at Epic Discovery, this was a great end to our day. Our server/bartender was very kind and attentive. I had a Berries on the Brain (I think that’s what it was called) and my husband had a beer. Both fantastic! Now the sandwiches…The. Absolute. Best! I had the Mile High Club and he had the Shifty Squealer. They are packed with flavor, and packed with ingredients. We could have probably split one sandwich and been good to go. We would definitely recommend The Shifty Lifty to anyone visiting Breck!

We ate here two times for lunch. The first time the Reuben was spot on delicious and I enjoyed the Mac & Cheese. The wife got the First Lap sandwich with chips. So we ate there again for lunch two days later. We split the First Lap sandwich and chips. It was not quite up to par as the first day we ate there. I do recommend you try it out.

Sometimes all you need in life is a good sandwich, and as a self proclaimed sandwich connoisseur I can confidently say this is the place to get them. Incredibly friendly staff (especially Dakota) and a lovely atmosphere. You can’t go wrong with this place

Overall, this was a pretty good stop! The atmosphere is chill and so are the staff. Very friendly!
I think my only qualms were that the service was VERY slow. There were two parties including us. And it just took a long time to get food. They need more staff.
Also, lots of yelling from the kitchen… Which just kinda kills the vibe a bit. And maybe explains why the food took forever.
The pasta salad was spicy … Wasn’t really a fan but they ran out of mac and gave it to us for free which I appreciate.
I also wish they had some more creative cocktails. The cocktails seemed really pricy for how simple they were.

Holy moly we got the best sandwich in Breckenridge here. Restaurant looks amazing with the remodel and I love that we always can have a quick pit stop on the way to the gondola. Kudos to Max, Dakota, and RJ – your guys’ hospitality has made it amazing!
