9:19pm on a Friday night. We walked up to go in to get a quick sub to go after checking online that they close at 10. As we are walking up to the door, it gets locked in our face as the open sign stays on. We came here Sunday around the same time with absolutely no issues and great service. We are extremely upset with this behavior and will never come back.

Took 5 mins for ‘sandwich artist’ to actually ask us what we wanted. Bread is stale, sprite taste like dish soap, brown lettuce on sandwich board. It appears that when they closed last night they just left everything right where it was. Thank heavens we never have to come back to this one.

I’m a usual at this location and normally I’m not that satisfied with the customer service here however it’s very convenient for me. Usually wait in line for over 15 minutes or deal with rude employees that just honestly seem like they don’t even want us here.. however I’ve visited these past couple weeks and have had the same young girl wait on me ( she said her name was Hailey and she wasn’t from this store specific just helping out) and I must say she is a wonderful young lady! She’s always very sweet and takes her time but still manages to get us out the store without a long wait. She handles her job very well even during times they seem very busy or the customers seem very irritable toward her. Defiantly need to keep her around or hire more like her for this location!

May 5th 2023, 9:15am. My sub was good, but the girl that made it was going so fast I barely had time to tell her what I wanted on my sandwich. She loaded it down with mayonnaise that I didn’t want, but I was running late to work and didn’t have time to say anything. There were no other customers in there, but she seemed to be trying to rush me out. I used to work at Subway (not even a year ago.) and even I wouldn’t rush my customers like that.

I bought 3 footling subs sept 20,2023. I had a coupon for a free small drink, it turns out after a whole discussion with the server about the free item I was charged for it! The place was so hot the AC wasn’t working! My family and I got sick over the food and threw out the remaining halves! The clerk wasn’t even friendly! Close your doors if you don’t have a cooled environment for food safety as well as your customers!

It moved fairly quickly. All subs were good. The bread was a too little hard for my husband. But its because they didn’t pan it soon enough after coming out the oven. (I used to manage this particular subway so I know the bread was fresh as they grabbed it off the bread forms) but all ingredients looked fresh. And all the subs tasted good. The cookies were a little hard. But I know how quickly they can get that way. Leave them even 30 seconds over and that oven will burn them up. The manager was friendly but not really social. Which is fine as I came in during lunch and there were a few people in front of me and one behind me. The restaurant was tidy. The only complaint I do have is the other young lady working was a bit frustrated with a Hispanic guy in front of me. You could tell his English was limited and he was having trouble with ordering what meat to put on his sub. And she did get an attitude with him. She was young so I understand she was frustrated with the language barrier. But he was really trying his best to understand. And Im sure its scary being in this country not knowing perfect English. So that would be my only suggestion to have more patience for situations like that. I will be back as I work at a nearby health care facility now.

I waited in line for 30 minutes at this location and there was only two people in front of me. For some reason management at this location thinks it’s a good idea to have one employee working during one of the busiest periods of the day. Definitely not worth your time stopping here and I will absolutely drive 5 minutes down the road to another location next time. Definitely do not recommend going here unless you want to wait an absurd time limit for your food.
