The poor girl that was working was like looking at a deer in the headlights. Completely untrained on the job, was unfamiliar with the menu and they were out of most of th items on the menu. I completely blame poor management for leaving this poor kid by herself and not training her properly

I enjoy the food that I do get, however I’ve been getting (or trying to get) the same order for the past 2 years and somehow they’re always out of wraps. Good food, it’s a small thing, I just wish they’d get more wraps. Or maybe the app is just broken idk. 🙁 let me get a wrap please

Only one person working today at noon. How about closing the drive-through and actually deal with the people that are taking the time to get out of their cars.

I ended up leaving before even ordering because it was gonna take too long. Why even bother to open if you only have one employee?

Was absolutely terrible wife couldn’t even eat her sandwich because it was horribly made . We were there at 7pm. But yet they were closing things down and they don’t close till 9pm I got the rib sandwich toasted and the meat was cold and just thrown together. Employees working take no pride in working and could care less we done with this location and its a shame because we live in leroy

Ordered a wrap and the person didn’t know how to wrap it so it spilled in my lap. I didn’t get lettuce because half of it was brown. $13 for horrid food. Thought Subway was meant to have fresh ingredients. I took two bites and couldn’t eat anymore. Asked for a refund. Manager was kinda rude about it and cut me off when I tried to explain what was wrong rather than listening to ways she could improve her business. Thanks for reminding me why I don’t eat at Subway.

This was really disappointing, even for a quick road-trip pit stop that we didn’t expect to be any great shakes.

For a restaurant that seemed to be slow and was completely empty except for our family during our entire visit, they were out of a lot of items. There were no olives (I asked, they were out), the avocado was down to brown scrapings at the bottom of the container (no thank you), we took the last of the banana peppers and bell peppers, and this location doesn’t carry the veggie patty, they just offer the “veggie delight” (AKA a limp salad on a bun). None of the offerings looked or tasted very fresh.

The staff was friendly and attentive. They were polite in accommodating dietary requests, and made the sandwiches as expected. However they were not very knowledgeable: no one seemed to know about the “mini” breads that were listed on the menu when I asked, nor about the veggie patty. We had to ask for our sandwich to be unwrapped and toasted after the employee forgot the first time, and although we had stated a couple of times that we did not want the meal deal, the other employee still asked about it. I’m really not trying to bash the employees: that’s all the level of job performance I’d expect for kids being paid minimum wage, and they were polite & friendly enough.

My partner & I split a 12″ veggie delight while his parents each got 6″ meat subs. None of us enjoyed our food. To quote my partner’s father when asked how he liked his, “It’s… edible.” This would have just been a forgettable if not enjoyable experience until we hit the bathrooms before leaving.

And oh good gravy, were they gnarly. I’m not super picky about bathrooms but I had to step around poop stains to get to the women’s toilet. The trail of poo water dripping down the side of the toilet and over to the toilet wand told the story of a mess someone tried to clean and evidently just gave up. This was in no way presentable to customers, and the staff had had ample down time to address the issue. I only hope they did something about it after we notified them before the next people were subjected to that.

Subway, if you want employees to do a better job, I imagine you simply have to pay them more. And I know that I, for one, would be more willing to spend money more frequently in reliably clean restaurants that are well-stocked with fresh, flavorful ingredients. This was not their best location by far, and I can’t recommend it to anyone.

This store has the worst customer service. Most of the time I have driven there they have their doors locked. Today we got excited because they were finally open. Ordered online, got an email that the order was placed, then got another that it was canceled. Phone rang, it was the employee advising that they are not willing to make our sandwiches despite there being 2.5 hour until closing time. She stated they do not want to make 3 pizza subs and are low on tuna. She said they will run out of vegetables if they make our sandwiches (two sandwiches had tomatoes and onions, not sure how that takes all their vegetables). We are done with this store, they clearly do not want business.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Not only did they royally mess up my order, they gave us things we didn’t order and didn’t give the stuff we did. Called to request refund or order remake and was told the cashier didn’t have authorization to do that. They never have enough staff, management is never there, never held accountable for mistakes. Why is this one still open. Very poor management both local and corporate.

0/10 does not recommend.

Literally took 35 minutes to get my sandwich today. I came in for my lunch break and was late getting back to work because the two worker’s took so long. It was noon, but there were only maybe 5 people in front of me. The rest of the people in line were very angry as well. Customers who ordered through the drive through drove off without their sandwiches due to the wait. Probably would be a good idea to have three people working at lunch time. Especially with the new young kid working. Very very slow service. I will never go here for lunch again.
