First time to New Orleans & first place we chose to eat when we arrived today. It did NOT disappoint. Fried chicken, macaroni & cheese, and rice & beans were so so good! Best macaroni & cheese I’ve ever had for sure! And, our server was so sweet! May go back again tomorrow

Had lunch today and everything was really good. Firecracker shrimp app was so delicious. Sofia was our server and she did an amazing job. Checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was ok. Mardi Gras music was playing and the ambiance was really nice.

Gross incompetence on the part of the staff and management. We were told to order takeout from the counter and were then ignored for 15 minutes. The manager seemed completely unconcerned. If you do not have enough staff to do takeout, just tell people you aren’t doing takeout right now.

Love the fantastic collection of bar lights and memorabilia. Love to see this place stay on the map, great relaxing place off the beaten path and familiar even though it’s new.
