I’m not exaggerating when I say this, but every time I order online, I never get the fajita veggies I asked for. I understand that you might run out of them, but why don’t the workers inform me when they hand me my food? All they’d have to say is something like, “We’re sorry, we’re out of fajita veggies. Here’s a coupon for free chips and dip on your next visit.” Instead, they just give you your food knowingly that your fajita veggies are missing and send you on your way. In conclusion it’s not hard to let the customers know if you’re out an item that you already paid for instead of trying to avoid the situation and send them on their way. Now as I’m typing this my co worker who’s also my friend opened his and he’s also missing fajita veggies and look at that guac it looks disgusting and something you’d find in a babies diaper… If the guac looks like this change it out. Stop being lazy. Omg corporate you gotta send some trainers to this location. P.s. this is my first negative review I’ve ever done in my entire 29 years of living.

Continuously disappointed and frustrated with the Baxter Chipotle. Something is always and issued.. wrong order, ingredients not available, poor service, waiting 30+ minutes (after the promised pick up time) in the drive up/pick up line to get to the window and food hasn’t even been started. Tonight was no different but we decided to go in and order and yet again.. the didn’t make fajita veggies today, the cashier just pushed our bowls to us and an empty/folded paper bag and turned and started talking to other workers and we had to bag our own food, and then on top of it we were eating and my husbands bowl had a piece of what looked like a plastic ziploc bag in it. We won’t be returning and would not recommend.

Unfortunately I had a quesadilla on my order… JORDON is amazing and helped substitute it perfectly! Get that man a raise! Super friendly and positive. We need more people like him everywhere! I don’t know how this place is still open. Every once in a while I order pick up from here, typically with coworkers. It’s honestly impressive how they get every single order wrong every time. Im not exaggerating. Every order, every time. I haven’t eaten there in forever but decided to get it for lunch today since I got a gift card for Christmas. In a shocking turn of events, both myself and my coworker received completely wrong and ice cold orders. Im not even bothering to try for a refund because I’m not eating there anymore. If you’re looking for killer Mexican food in the bowl and burrito form in the Brainerd area, go to Burritos California. You won’t be disappointed.

We went to chipotle tonight, the door was locked, and it said to order online. We did. We waited until our appointed time to go to the window. There were cars wrapped all the way around the building. We sat in the line for an additional 30 minutes under pick up time. At this point, we’re there for almost an hour. We get to the window and they told us they didn’t have our food. We had our notification and they had charged our account. We showed them this, and they give us a bag of food. The burrito was not as long as my hand, about half as long as usual. There were no drinks with the order. This place should not be allowed to operate as a Chipotle franchise.

Went to Baxter Chipotle on Wed., 12-24 early afternoon. The place was extremely dirty-almost all tables had trash and food on them, even though not one person was sitting anywhere, the floor was dirty, behind the counter messy all over-food area and floor. I few workers were there but they were just standing around talking and joking around amongst themselves. Three of us customers were waiting for service. Many of the food containers were empty/near empty. One nearby girl finally decided to wait on me standing there but didn’t seem too interested. I finally got my food to go. I wish I would’ve trusted my first instinct when walking in: dirty and workers not actually working. I’m surprised this place can be open with such poor care and management.

Wow, it’s gotten worse here. I used to come here all the time with our family, but now… Where to start… floors were disgusting, not a single cleaned table, garbage cans overflowing onto floors, glass over food line was filthy, and hand prints all over it. They were out of napkins, straws, and some food options. (Which food outages happen to all place occasionally) This isn’t the first time, just now the worst time. Im hoping management sees this, and they can get their act together.

This is one of the most disgusting locations ever. The trash is overflowing, including the right next the the cash register. The bathroom is out of paper towels, the floors are full of trash. The soda machine is out of ice. This is simply not acceptable. I understand being busy but this is neglect.

Save yourself some time and money by downloading the app and ordering ahead. Then you can just pickup at the window rather than standing in line. Food is on par with any other chipotle. Love it so much I could eat it every day. Using the app I gain points that can be used for freebie and discounts

Three guys working on what seemed to he online orders, yet they werent outting anything togehter but bags od chips, one doing dishes, and ONLY ONE taking and making orders, and then ye had to do the register, too! I arrived at about 3pm on a Monday. By the time I left 20 minutes later, there were 14 people in line. The food is good at Chipotle, but the service at this one needs some help.
