Love love love walked in and felt like family literally Ms. Samantha was able to make my first experience absolutely day changing. Was planning on going to Subway saw just how people were still in late and just had to go was able to get recommended walked through the dishes and felt like absolutely every employee including the back of house came forward so that my order was fresh and custom to my needs of wanting to try all of the best of what it has to offer. THEY HAVE CUSTARD LIKE FUDDRUCKERS, elote and Mac and cheese and chicken and fries and great company my order felt like it took seconds and dang there didn’t want to leave. They were open during the freeze one of the only still providing food to people still traveling still risking themselves that’s absolutely amazing great spot to put this location and great hiring all the way around! Mac, Sandwich, Slaw, and Waffles delicious! SWEETTEA so GOODT!

First time and I can say I was really impressed on how good the food was. I ordered the tender and waffles combo (Nashville hot) and also a Kid meals Tender and waffles. It was fresh , hot and season to perfection! I took off one star due to it was definitely a long wait but food was amazing!

So glad there’s finally a Nashville hot chicken style joint in the Killeen area. Came in for the grand opening and you’d think it had been here years. No hiccups, great service and very tasty and spicy chicken (has different spice levels). Clean facility and easy access off HWY 190. Definitely can’t wait to come back!

Passed it and ordered, by far THE BEST. Will be coming back alot. Buffalo Mac n cheese and urban fries (BBQ and nashville). So good my stomach is so happy. The only regret i have is not getting more food

Chicken tasted and smelled burnt but it did not look burnt. The fries were hard and tasted burnt as well. The oil they fried the food in needed to be changed. The kale slaw barely had any dressing and was sour.I was excited to try this place but my food was inedible.

Food was actually pretty good. The portions are pretty good based on price and looked spot on the pictures on the menu. However if you are on lunch break and or on a time crunch do not come here. Food took 34 minutes since we ordered. Worst part was the level of customer service, while ordering the worker cut us off multiple times to joke with other coworkers. Workers are yelling over each other and the atmosphere was overwhelming. Food was good but I wouldn’t recommend if time is limited or if you have low tolerance for bad customer service and poor management.
