To start, this could be the only sit in Mexican restaurant. So if you’re a Mexican food lover, you must try them. We are not talking fast food ones. The first thing you notice when you walk on that you hear laughter all over the place which was a great indication that they are happy specially when you see all the empty plates in front of them.
Their chops is served warm and it’s crispy and crunchy, also you mostly big chips not broken down. The dips are wonderful queso, salsa and guacamole.
The rice is one of the highlights of the meal. It was in the san Miguel, special Jalisco and the quessabirria. The San Miguel was flavorful and the cheese and chicken complemented the rice and made a great combination. The Jalisco special was elevated even more with all the meat on it and the peppers. The quessabirria was something else. Everything on the plate had a purpose even that slice of lime, that’s no decoration or garnish, it will transfer your dish to a different level.
Everyone is nice here and they are all welcoming and smiling. You feel that you’re welcomed from the second you walk in until you leave.
Most definitely a must try and if I’m even in Hannibal again, I know where to go for Mexican. Again, if you didn’t try them, you’re missing much.

This place was amazing! The only regret I had was that I don’t live there where I can get this amazing food anytime I want to! I had the burrito roll as well as The Texas roll, and to say I was blown away Is an understatement entirely… Great Atmosphere and great service Paired with great quality serves up a great experience!! Stopped here with some work colleagues for a quick lunch meeting and was pleasantly surprised. Luis was our server and he was incredibly attentive without hovering, which made the whole experience easy and relaxed.
We ordered the three steak tacos that came with a ramekin of rice and beans simple but really hit the spot. Only funny thing was the beans had a little too much sazón Goya so they came out more orange than expected, but flavor was okay. The Jamaica water was refreshing and perfectly balanced.
The restaurant itself felt clean, calm, and welcoming, which was nice for a first visit. Overall, good service, satisfying food, and worth coming back to try more of the menu.

First time I went there the food was great and reasonable priced.
Second time I went the chicken was so dry it was hard to eat.
This time (the last time) they have a new menu with higher prices for less. The food was barely warm when brought out and quickly turned cold. The server had a pad on his hand so probably didn’t notice the plate wasn’t hot. There weren’t that many people there so wasn’t due to that.
The lady who processed the bill didn’t care, just blamed the cook. No apologies given by her or the server.
Food was ok, so I just ended up taking it home to heat up.

2nd time being here. The first time they were so new that they hadn’t gotten the liquor license yet! The food was so good! Had to come back. We had half dozen oysters and they didn’t last long that’s why there’s no picture!

I had the burrito grande mixed and chips. The question was sooo delicious. Sad to hear they are phasing out the best bottled green sauce I’ve ever tasted – Contigo. I think they gave me the last bottle. Such delicious red salsa too. Mmm

The food was delicious!!! My husband and I got fajitas for 2 which was more like for 4 ppl! We will have yummy left overs for later 🙂 definitely go try this place out!!!
