This is by far my favorite store to go to. I personally go there because of how the people make me feel. Wow!!! Before I live in West Berlin, I was living in Pine Hill and would occasionally visit this store when I visited my sister. I found myself driving past several Wawas just to go to this one because of the people! It was Heidi that I was drawn to deeply because there is something very sweet and rare in how she would serve each client! Joseph was very impressive as well, he would always greet me and say my name with such precision and confidence. Thanks Joe!
Howard does a phenomenal job in training his staff and I cannot give enough compliments, kudos and praise to compensate for the wonderful job this team does consistently and continually. The leadership team, the gas attendants, the cashiers, the food production team, the beverage/coffee attendants are beyond fantastic and I am grateful to have experience this energy almost twice per day every week. YEAH

Why does the gas attendant take my credit card into the booth to do whatever he does with it rather than tap it at the pump. The car in front of me also used a credit card and the same attendant tapped the pump. There is no reason for him to take my card into that booth. How can I know if he wrote down my cc #. Really starting to hate this wawa.

Over 10,000 wawa points on my account, I shop a lot because of work travels. This is the only wawa that gave me an untoasted, no cream cheese, and not even cut ! Didn’t even get a new bagel, last 4 dollars wawa will ever get from me.

Cross contamination. Deli worker didn’t change gloves or use clean utensils. That’s avocado spread from another order on my Buffalo chicken sandwich. Shut it down and hire a new staff.

My review is for the Food manager Jason. Tonight I came in and ordered two sandwiches and fries. It was pretty crowded and the food took a little while but no big deal. Unfortunately when I got home my girlfriend and I noticed that both sandwiches were wrong. I went back to the store very frustrated but Jason noticed me right away as I walked in and I told him the dilemma and they way he put me at ease and without any delay simply made two new sandwiches and even provided fresh fries for me. I know this was a simple thing but I want y’all to know that this Wawa in Berlin cares about service and its customers and I want to thank Jason for his service tonight!

It appears that this store is very well managed. The lines from the food Service through the store to the cashier seem to move very smoothly. The staff seemed to be competent. I noticed that the cashiers in this store are very polite. They always have a greeting and always say thank you at the completion of the sale. The store itself appears to be clean and hygienic except when there is really bad weather out which has to be excused. The store is always very well stocked and I rarely see an empty shelf. All of the salads and refrigerated items are dated. I feel very confident shopping here.
