Attention to detail is important! Ruined my lunch with beans. Didn’t have time to double check and had to rely on them to get it right the first time. Should have known better! This is the last strike for this me at this Taco Bell location. I will go to New Lebanon from now on and suggest everyone else does the same. With the increased costs of dining out, consumers expectations of a quality experience should also rise. It isn’t that difficult to read ingredients off a list and make food correctly.

The young man that asked us what order we were waiting on had several bed bugs crawling up his arm just above his elbow. I tried to politely point the bugs out to him but he got instantly defensive. I understand completely it’s a bit embarrassing! I kind of hate to put this on here but I feel like someone needs to know. I tried calling the restaurant and asking for a manager but no body answered and none of the employees were wearing name tags or anything. The employee that had the bugs was a taller guy with dark kind of curly hair in a ponytail. He acted like he was in charge of something but as I say no one had name tags!

Food from this location late at night usually isn’t fresh so I don’t expect too too much when I do drive thru orders after 9, but I went thru and ordered a freeze and it was filled only half way full. Granted I guess it’s on me for not checking completly if my order was correct but still halfway filled just seems a bit spiteful tbh lol. One of the worst Taco Bell locations. Ordered on the app and headed inside. A few minutes later I get a notification that my order is ready. I’m standing at the counter next to the mobile pickup spot. And standing there and standing there. Finally I got an employees attention and asked about it. She pulled my order from a side table in the back. I asked, why it wasn’t in the mobile pickup spot because now it’s probably cold (and it was). She says they keep mobile orders behind the counter until the customer asks for them. Lady,
I’ve been standing here at the counter the whole time since I ordered it and nobody acknowledged me. What’s the point of having a designated mobile pickup spot if the staff is not going to put it there?

I get my order, it’s cold but whatever I gotta eat and run. Open up my order and it’s all wrong. Missing standard ingredients, custom adds were not there. What a mess.

The food is always disappointing for the outrageous price you pay. The only reason we still went is there are not a lot of options in Germantown . And Taco Bell as a whole had gone way down. See the expensive chicken strips you get 2 of? See how one is black??? Threw it away. Absolutely pathetic. I’ll get hotdogs from the grocery store next time I want something special for my birthday!!

I came here after the lunch hour rush. Food was done in under 10min. Everything was correct. I bought the $7 promotion because I could save the bean burrito for supper. Lol.

Very filling meal. I’d like to have ordered a specific burrito/taco item and drink, but just that alone is almost $6. So I just go with their new $7 promotional meal. Everyone is always kind.

I honestly thought pride at all local Taco Bell’s was dead. I was proven wrong! The Taco Bell on Beechwood Dr in Germantown, Ohio was fantastic! Best crunch wrap I’ve ever had! They complimented my Jeep ducks and we’re all very nice! The lady sweeping the parking took a photo of my large stuffed duck for her granddaughter ❤️ I then gifted her a little pink cat duck to give to her granddaughter. Her face lit up like the 4th of July! *their bathroom was spotless! Great experience!

This location, Germantown, absolutely SUCKS! I ordered 2 tacos, light lettuce, add 3 cheese blend. I got half a scoop of beef, full shell of lettuce, and about 6 slivers of cheese on each. Also ordered the beefy nachos. What is beefy about this? A spoonful of beans, spaatering of nacho cheese. Food sucked and the staff acted like they were annoyed with the customers orders. Never stopping here again.
