Service was good; this isn’t a 5 star review because we weren’t given any utensils for the smhear and my husband’s BLT was BURNT, bagel and bacon…BURNT! They did replace the bacon, my husband mentioned the taste of the bagel after.

Bagel Boulevard is awesome! Sandwiches and coffee are tasty, great vegetarian option, the kiosks move the ordering along quickly, and the staff is friendly. The atmosphere is fun and joyful, which is especially nice if you’re at a conference in a new city 🙂

Stopped for a quick breakfast sandwich on our way out of town. I walked in to a self order kiosk which took a second to figure out how to navigate and order.
We ordered the Ohio City Omelet sandwich and the sausage egg and cheese sandwich (can’t remember the name). Both were tasty and we would order them again.
My bump from 5 stars to 4 being from the kiosk and wait time for receiving my order when I was the only one in the shop.
Located inside of the convention center but accessible from the street.

When I ordered I was told it’s a half hour wait, ok fine, it’s what my daughter wanted. After 50 minutes they tell me they are out of what we ordered. UNACCEPTABLE. Still had to pay for a bagel she didn’t want almost an hour later.

I had the French toast bagel (assuming it was a flavor of the day as it wasn’t on the menu) the flavor of the bagel was excellent. Not too sweet like some French toast bagels can be. Toasted perfectly imo, and loaded with cream cheese! I’m not a huge fan of the self order kiosk and that’s all they had, and the staff wasn’t overly friendly. Overall the price and quality was good, I’d come back, don’t hesitate to give them a try!
