Older lady who looks like they tan too long at Planet Fitness was EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE!!
I asked for my burger to be Felix because I like to have lettuce tomato pickles and mayo on ALL my burgers no matter what they already have on it.. she made me feel stupid for ordering it that way, in my suprise even tho I asked and payed for the additional toppings I still received it however she wanted it to come..
What happened to customer service?????

Ordered the big eyed burger, it says on the menu it comes with bacon, mushroom, grilled onions, and Swiss cheese. This is what I got…

Ordered many times two 3 PC fish dinners to go. Service is consistently rude and lackadaisical even after I stuff money in her tip cup. Prices have gone up a lot, no surprise, fries were cold, they’re getting stingy with the tartar sauce supplied for 6 pcs of fish. Fish good. Hair in food like others have complained about, several times. No silverware either. Now we go to Culvers, pleasant service, decent food, much cleaner. The one BEF on Wells is different, same Fish, great service and sides.

We stopped at Big Eye Fish Express North to get a 3 piece fish dinner to go. They do have a drive thru, but we went inside to order. We were greeted at the door and it only took a few minutes for our order to be ready. The restaurant was clean and had several tables. We have visited other locations, and this one has a consistent experience.

The last few times I’ve ordered take-out fish dinners here, they’ve gotten my order wrong. Nothing big usually, just one forgotten item. This last time however, they completely forgot the ‘fish’ part of one of the fish dinners.
I’m a bit torn because I like the food and want to support local businesses, but I can’t keep ordering if they won’t get the orders right.
It’s a shame.

Well I have to say the last couple of times haven’t been how it use to be. They definitely over fry the chicken in the chicken dinners. The breast wasn’t too bad. They should fry it 1st then put other pieces in a few minutes later. Also like everywhere else prices have risen and the prices on the 2 drive thru menus had 2 different prices. To be honest I will probably drive to the Wells St. location from now on and hopefully they are still the same as they always have been

So it was my first time being in this establishment. The food was okay; however, from the minute I walked into the building there was a negative atmosphere. It didn’t take long to locate the source. This older blonde woman with glasses kept making me real uncomfortable. She eyeballed me like I was scum and made me feel so unwelcome.

I ordered 2 meals to go and both were delicious. The white fish was rather large and flaky and cooked to perfection. The bluegill was also phenomenal! Both came with sides, green beans which were seasoned just right, baked potato and a nice size fresh garden salad! We’ll definitely order again.

The fish was cooked to fast and was tough. The bake potato was cooked two days ago at least and warmed up and served today 09/27/2025. When I asked the girl at the counter to ask the cooks when the baked potato was cooked, I got no reply. They just looked at me.. The service is terrible.one day we went in there and they were closing in half an hour and they had an attitude and served us with plastic utensils, and paper plate. The hush puppies were half cooked. My husband‘s fries were stale and cold and had given him six fries on a so-called dinner of $13 and some change. We definitely will not go back there and I do advise people to stay away. The cooks cannot cook and the girls they have working there have bad attitudes and all they’re thinking about is getting off work and getting out the door.
