Tried this place finally after the rave went down a little. It was still busy, it was a hour to 30 minute wait. We had the double burger, drinks and one order of loaded fries to share.
This place has no combo offers, so everything is charged individually. Food was good but really not worth the price we paid, it was to much. Fountain orange drink was kind of flat, didn’t finish it. In all we could get a bigger and better burger and fries with a drink “combo” at Whataburger for $10 less. Atmosphere was busy, good music but to loud. The floor and tables were messy/dirty, there was not anyone cleaning. Honestly, we won’t go again. Price, value and flavor of food, not worth a return. Trying it was ok.

we’re big fans of orange cow so we were excited to have a new location closer to home. sadly it didn’t live up to our expectations and past experiences. from the getgo, the location was dirty and floors were sticky, the drinks were flat and there was no ice. the food was mid and didn’t taste as fresh as it does in their other locations. i have hope that they will improve over time, but it didn’t leave a good first impression.

I’m not sure if I ordered the right burger

Mazapan milkshake 10/10 ✅
Loaded fries 10/10 ✅
Single Patty Burger 6/10

We have heard amazing things from this place The shake was unbeatable, the fries were absolute fire every bite — but our burgers did not pack a punch.

Ordering the burger with their special sauce would have been the right call.

I’m torn on this place, but at the end of the day, the food wins. Here is the breakdown:
The Atmosphere & Service: Honestly, be prepared to wait. The wait times are awful, and the seating arrangements feel cramped and poorly thought out. It’s definitely not the kind of place where you can just “pop in” for a quick bite.
The Burger: This is where they save themselves. The meat is incredibly good and tender—easily the highlight of the meal. I will say, if you’re coming for the “special sauce,” don’t expect a flavor explosion; you can barely taste it.
The fries are not the best. They’re fine, but they certainly don’t live up to the quality of the beef.
Even with the long lines, the seating headache, and the fries, the burger itself is a powerhouse. I’ll eat Orange Cow over In-N-Out any day.

Really good quality burgers Fries were delicious. The milkshake was thick but tasty! Some more tables and maybe outside seating would be nice as everyone is waiting around for a seat, but overall a pretty good experience.

My daughter went to the Eastlake location on their grand opening weekend and we loved it! We had never been to any Orange Cow before and we didn’t know what to expect but it was a new restaurant in our area so we wanted to try it out. The burgers were cooked nicely and had great flavor. My daughter doesn’t usually like burgers but she really liked this one. The fries were good as well although just a tad too salty for my taste. We will defiantly go back!

The food was absolute greatness for me and my family! The staff appeared to o be new, but no surprise, as they just opened! People had problems understanding fries don’t automatically come with the burgers, so it made the atmosphere a little tense as people blamed the young lady taking orders. All in all, a great burger and fries. We found our new burger joint. Welcome to Horizon City Area! See you guys soon.

Burgers taste great and the fries are nice and crispy. The menu is small which makes it easy to order. Portion sizes and pricing is reasonable, you can budget pretty easily.

The wait times can be long, but usually that’s because there are orders ahead of yours and families enjoy eating here, so you can imagine the order sizes ahead of yours.

Plenty of places to sit, but it is a bit crowded. It not a big issue as many people seem to order to go and are waiting rather than dining in. The music was loud when I went and I could barely hear them call my number, but that could be a personal issue.

Honestly, such a let down. I came on a busy Sunday night, and waited about 45-1hr for the food. Once they started calling numbers for people that have ordered after us, I knew something was wrong. When I confronted the employees in the back, there was no explanation nor apology for why my order wasn’t made. I even heard 2 of the employees in the back moan and groan right in front of me when I brought it up. Once I got my order, both order of fries were cold, and one burger was missing the double patty. No utensils or napkins provided. I’ve worked at 2 of the most busiest fast food restaurants in El Paso and simply having the courtesy to explain what the issue was or to not complain infront of the customer is extremely simple. I’m very let down by this experience. If you want a pathetic, half-ass job and burger… this is your go to place.

They have the drive thru closed. Fries were so salty I could not eat them. Paid extra for bacon and didn’t get any and was also missing the onion jam and sauce. Mine was supposed to have no tomatoes but still had tomatoes. $90 worth of food not made right. I also waited an hour. It would have been faster to have just went to the one on the west side and would have tasted way better.
