Great local breakfast and lunch place. Really good cooked to order breakfast. Always popular meat and 3 at lunch. Been around since the 80’s for a reason. Also open on select Friday nights, steaks and catfish I think. Can’t go wrong at The Breakfast Shop.

Contrary to both Google and Apple Maps, this restaurant is open. We had 9 show up for breakfast before playing golf. Pretty standard menu, large portions at a reasonable price. Service was quick for a large group. Will definitely return if in the area.

As a truck driver I am always looking for mom and pip places to eat. This place is definitely in my top 10 across the country. Seats about 40 people. Super nice people and the food was serve hot and was delicious. I forgot to take a picture. I had 2 eggs over well, grilled tenderloin, white toast, homes fries, and grits. The grits were on point. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful breakfast! I was so excited to see old fashioned pancakes arrive to our table. My family are very picky eaters and like things cooked differently; so to have all our food cooked to perfection as ordered was a lovely start to the day. The ladies working this morning were rocking it with just the two of them. Great customer service and friendly environment. I highly recommend stopping by and trying it out. I dont think you would be disappointed.

I discovered this place a couple of months ago, and found I’ve not been missing much. I have eaten there three times. First time the meat and 2, but the portions were very small for what you pay. Second time I went for a meat and 3, and literally got smaller portions for more money. The third time I just got a burger and fries, which was pretty good – but just a burger. I have tried to go back FIVE times since, and each time found they were closed long before their posted time. At least an hour each time. Today I walked in, and was told they were already closed – with people still seated and eating. I won’t waste MY TIME trying to go again. They obviously do not need (or want) the business.

Nice little place to get filled up for breakfast. We were traveling through and wanted something other than chain restaurant or fast food. Good fresh food, good portions, great friendly service. Also a nice old fashioned laid back atmosphere. You can sit at a booth or table or at the counter. They were short-staffed, but did an awesome job getting our food out with little wait. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

The waitress wasn’t great. The hash browns were a black color they tasted ok. It was like they where old potatos. I tried to make small talk with the waitress. She wasn’t receptive. The building is beautiful. I love the decor. It feels to me the way to have a good experience there is to be someone they know.
