I had been here once before and had the Italian sandwich. It was delicious; fresh meat, good bread (4-★☆★☆’s).
I thought I would try my usual favorite this time and get a meatball sub. The bread wasn’t toasted on the inside, so the sauce soaked up quickly making the bread mushy. The meat and sauce needed some seasoning, it was kind of bland (2-★☆’s).
I’ll still come back for other sandwiches, but for me I’ll not order the meatball sub again.
The service is great. The owner and other staff are really friendly and the service is quick.
The ambiance is nice, like a better dressed up Firehouse Subs. They have big pictures of all their sandwiches all over the walls which is great for those who are more visual.
We highly recommend you to stop in! Best wishes to you all on a successful Sandwich shop!
How about the “Bobbie”? Slow roasted, sliced turkey, Thanksgiving stuffing, on a sub roll that’s been smeared with cranberry jam…. Hot or not, your choice.
The Turkey, Bacon and Ranch or the Ruben…… We’ve yet to try a sandwich here that wasn’t spectacular!
What are you waiting for?
We haven’t tried the soup or salad options.
Parking can be hard to get a spot but there is free parking. Its a busy parking lot due to the gas station, bank, and sub shop.
When I walked in ready to order, Ilene and a male coworker were busy chit-chatting and completely ignored me. There was no greeting or acknowledgment at all. I stood there waiting while they continued their conversation, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
This location has been my go-to lunch spot for work, and I usually come in about once a week. Unfortunately, this was my third negative encounter involving Ilene, and this time it really stood out. She came across as unhappy and uninterested in doing her job, and that attitude affects the overall customer experience.
I felt it was important to mention this to see if corporate or upper management truly cares about customer service and the impression management leaves on regular customers.
