My wife and I recently visited El Mañanero for their breakfast buffet, and it was an incredible discovery. It really felt like a fancy establishment hidden in a normal space; the interior is upscale and modern, elevating the entire dining experience far beyond a typical buffet. The food was simply outstanding, so delicious that I saw multiple people going back for seconds and thirds. The eggs had just been emptied out prior to taking a picture, that’s how popular they are! We really enjoyed the variety, from the perfectly seasoned red and green chilaquiles to the savory chorizo con papas and tender shredded meat. The station with fresh fruit and conchas was the perfect sweet finish to the meal.
Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. Our waitress was wonderful—engaging, attentive, and incredibly friendly throughout our visit. The management team also deserves a shout-out for being relaxed and super chill; they even helped me get some great shots of the food. It is clear that they care about their customers and take pride in their restaurant. If you are looking for a fantastic Mexican breakfast spot that feels like a hidden gem, I highly recommend giving El Mañanero a try.

We went here for breakfast, the food was ok. Both my husband and I had the chilaquiles, I had green and he had the poblano sauce. They were both ok. The pierco beans was bland, It wasnt nothing over the top. The sauce tasted like it came from a can.. the atmosphere was good, there was no music which is ok though I would have liked a little of music so I didn’t have to listen to what the people behind us were saying. I think the tables were too close too. Attire for the waiters could be better for a casual dining place. Though they were nice and attentive. The place looked clean.

Amazing experience from start to finish
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and clean, with a great vibe that made it perfect for both casual dining and special occasions.
The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was cooked perfectly, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the ingredients and preparation. The menu offers a great variety, breakfast buffet in weekends, carreta, dinner, so there’s something for everyone.
What really stood out was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Our food came out quickly, and everything was exactly as ordered.
Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family!

The service was ok. The food was cold I ordered the steak and eggs and I asked for med rare on my steak, I guess the cook just made it however he wanted , sent it back. By the time I got it again the rest of my food was cold, the potatoes were old and hard and the steak itself was too chewey and tough. Overheard another customer say the same thing about her steak.
Needs work on timing the food and Bringing everything out together, how is it that my husbands fish taco tortilla was cold and the fish was warm.
Someone definitely needs to be assigned to the front seating area instead of having servers run around seating people and trying to serve at the same time.
Just needs to be more organized there was 5 tables and it was not needed to wait that long for our food. The only thing I can say I loved was the coffee and the guacamole (minus the pork bites I didn’t feel it was worth the extra 5$)
I love what they’re trying to do with the concept but it’s not fully developed yet. Your best days can’t just be weekends for the buffet it’s not all just about making money quality of service and food is also important to keep your clients.

Today I visited this new restaurant for their Mexican buffet hour, and it was an amazing experience! The buffet featured a wide variety of traditional dishes, all bursting with authentic flavors. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, genuinely engaged, and open to feedback. The owner even came by our table to greet us and ensure we were enjoying our meal, which added such a nice personal touch. Plus, there were plenty of dessert options and a variety of drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. I highly recommend trying the chilaquiles rojos! Overall, it’s a wonderful new gem in the valley, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Don’t get me wrong this place had good food but the food was cold and very limited food selection. You can go to Golden Corral and pay less with more variety of selections. We decided to try something different and chose this place. Our bill for 2 was 63.72, when I looked at my account they ended charging my card for 74.80. I will never go back to this place again.
