Newly opened Indian Fusion restaurant with a Kerala twist. The food taste was great. Tried their Tangy Mango Fire Cauliflower with Toddy infused Tandoori Chicken for Entree. Loved the spice level. Portion size was good. For the mains, checked our their Kadala Curry (Chickpea) and Fish Mango Curry..wow ! The flavours and freshness of the fish was good. Both Curry was creamy and loaded with spices. Goes well with hot Basmati rice and Kerala Parota.

Visited Toddy & co, today afternoon for lunch. Expected good food and they exceeded my expectations.

The food was fresh, tasted authentic, had a great flavour profile.

The quantity served is amazing as well and the service was really good too.

The general ambience was so cozy and felt really good being there.

Although I didn’t try the coconut toddy, the person that ordered it mentioned that it was better than anything he had back home.

Highly recommended, it’s worth the drive.

Great ambience and a lovely atmosphere inside. The food was very good overall. We didn’t quite get the authentic taste we expected from the tapioca biriyani, especially the beef version, though the lamb was good. Pre-booking is recommended, they were filulky booked out when we visited but they were kind enough to accommodate us with a table. Plenty of parking available. Thank you — we’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!

We visited Toddy and Co a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised with the ambience and seating – a rather medium sized establishment, which was well put with great lighting and ambience.
The food was tasty and palatable, well representing the south indian state of Kerala. The porota was soft and fluffy, the curries creamy, tangy and well balanced.
The team was welcoming, kind and always had a smile on the face.
The food however did take a while, and although we knew coming in it would take time, we got in when the crowd was very limited at around 6 pm which to me meant food should have little delays in terms of service.
Other than that, the experience was great!

Just visited Toddy & Co., the new Indian restaurant on the GEH at Bellevue. It was fantastic! The decor and vibe was stylish, a bit industrial and really welcoming. Drinks menu is great for a neighbourhood restaurant, with added cocktails & mocktails! Singapore Sling was yummy! Service was excellent & friendly.

Food is Southern Indian fusion, and was familiar enough for comfort (butter chicken ), while different enough to make it worth a drive. The Mutton Coconut Curry (dry curry) was amazing, and we really liked the fluffy sweet pancake side dish. Wednesday night and it was full of Indian friends and families (so you know it is good food!).

Well done to the group of friends who have started it (2 friendly couples & their chef).

If you’re looking for Indian fusion food with a creative twist, it’s your sign to visit Toddy & Co.
Really yummy food, I had the fish mango curry which was spicy with a tangy twist, and the curry leaves gave it a lovely aroma. Also the kerala parotta was perfect with the curry.
The main character is their special toddy freeze and coconut toddy, its taste is different from the usual drinks which makes it even more special.
Toddy & Co is worth the visit you would want to keep coming again for the food, excellent service and the lovely welcoming staff.

Had an amazing experience at Toddy & Co in Bellevue! We tried the Kerala porotta, Chicken 65, pepper chicken and a couple of their drinks — everything was delicious. The porotta was soft and flaky, the Chicken 65 was perfectly spiced, and the pepper chicken had incredible flavour. Such a great Kerala fusion spot with warm vibes.

Great place for dinner, I had a mojito mocktail which tasted amazing. Tropical spiced squid – well seasoned and very tender. Butter chicken with a hint of spice, great flavor, fluffy rice and beautiful fresh garlic naan bread. Definitely our new local ! Well done Toddy and Co

If you are in Midland and craving something bold and flavorful, Toddy’s & Co is the spot you absolutely shouldn’t miss. As a Bhutanese foodie who loves a good kick of spice, I tried their kadala curry with basmati rice, and let me tell you, it’s a chef’s kiss! The curry had that perfect blend of Indian fusion with a surprising Bhutanese touch that made me feel right at home. Like they say, it’s crafted with twist and flavour. Just make sure to let the staff know your preferred spice level. trust me, they will get it right. For drinks, I went with the Toddy’s Freeze, their signature gin-based creation. I have never been a fan of gin, but this drink changed the game completely. The fusion was smooth, refreshing, and honestly the best gin has ever tasted to me. Coconut toddy is another total banger. Must try!
The ambience ties the whole experience together. Light, breezy, and effortlessly relaxing, with music that sets the perfect mood. It’s the kind of place where you can dissolve into the atmosphere not just for the food, but for the calm, fresh escape it offers.

Highly recommend Toddy’s & Co to anyone looking for amazing fusion flavors and a refreshing environment. This place is a whole vibe! I’m definitely visiting again!
