Honestly the best restaurant I’ve been to in ages. I don’t mean best ethnic, best period.
To start, the food was absolutely delicious. Vegetables were fresh, not over cooked. Everything was well seasoned and not drowned in oil (as seems to be popular right now). My husband who has spent time in the Philippines, assures me it is authentic as well.
I have a shellfish allergy, and the chef and servers went above and beyond to ensure my safety. They were kind, attentive, and genuine.
The price can’t be beat – we both had drinks, shared an app, large main, a side, and a dessert for about 30 dollars.
Honestly, all you need to know is that I really don’t want to eat anything other than ube biko ever again.

The food was delicious and it was a very relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The cook and waitress were amazing and super welcoming and talked to us like we were long lost friends/family. Definitely recommend eating here!

This place is a must try! Absolutely amazing. The most authentic and delicious Filipino food I have ever tried! We ordered 3 dishes, appetizer and flan. Every single dish was mouth savoring. The service was extremely courteous, attentive and helpful with choosing dishes and explaining each one. The owners came out to ask how everything was, genuinely caring about our satisfaction. We live over an hour away but will definitely come back just to eat here and try every single dish they offer.

As someone new to Filipino cuisine, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first. However, by our third visit, my wife and I had no doubt—this restaurant had earned a spot on our list of local favorites. The food is an unforgettable blend of bold flavors, comforting warmth, and culinary creativity, making every bite a delightful experience. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the owner personally checks in with guests, adding a personal touch that makes you feel right at home. If you’re looking for outstanding food and a fantastic atmosphere, I highly recommend checking out Kusina Cuisine!

Absolutely delicious!! My husband and I are from out of town. This popped up on the search when we were looking for a place for lunch. Wonderful meal! Attentive staff. The manager checked on us twice during our meal. They even offered to trade out the gizzard for a different protein in the Spcy Chicken Gizzard dish. % will be back and order this!

Rating this relatively newly opened restaurant a 5 stars for service excellence.
The welcome was great and inviting along with a complimentary shrimp flavored chips.
All the food tasted wonderful although I did make a comment regarding the fried rice being a little old or undercooked. However, I devoured everything.
Atmosphere is fantastic, but a server simple uniform will transform this place to a different level for sure.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful to recommend delicious dishes and options.
Returning for sure as long as I’m in the area.
You should give this place a try.

My husband & I have visited twice now, and loved it both times. I did some research beforehand, because I’m a picky yet adventurous eater, and had a general idea what we were walking into, but there’s no teacher like experience. I can’t even give you a good description, I can only say that if you like authentic Chinese food and Honduran food, you’ll be fine. The Pancit Bijon (like fried rice, but with pasta) was so addictive. I kept picking at the leftovers all day long. Then more recently I had Sinigang and it was amazing. They don’t hold back on their flavors, they are strong, which I enjoyed, and the spice (heat) levels are adjustable. Staff is so friendly and the service was great. We’re definitely coming back.
