It was great! I ordered the original Chicken Sandwich and tasted so good! The service was great but they took a little long like about 6 minutes to make our food. There were hardly any people there but it was already like 7 pm so it makes sense. They were so nice too! I really recommend you go there, it is a great place! Have a great day!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a Carl’s burger I loved and haven’t had for many years. The burger just as good as I remember, but it is the service that earned this review. The people at the window were friendly and seemed really happy to be there at work. An experience that put me in a good mood all day. The quality, wait time and service at this location is the gold standard every fast food place should aim for.

I was a regular customer until my experience today. I stopped by for food and there was nobody inside at the counter to take my order. I went to use the restroom, but it was locked. When I went back to the counter another customer came in and was being helped. Because of the urgency of the situation, I had to find another restroom. I later called to notify the manager, but she seemed unconcerned and directed me to write a Google review. The drive through quality may be fine but the management and restaurant experience needs work. Avoid this location if you need to use the restroom. That is all.

One of their workers, I think his name was Jesus, really helped me out as it was my first time ordering in Carl’s Jr and I had a great experience with him as well as the food. It tasted fresh and honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted. Definitely will be coming back!!!

I wanted to take the time to appreciate and thank Cindy. Not only did she keep the place sanitary, She made sure I got a nice deal. The 2 for 6 breakfast cheese sandwich meal.
