Don’t go here! Overcharged me for a build your own sandwich $20. I subbed bacon for protein, which shows no extra charge on the board or on the website, but the girl argued with me and tacked on an extra $5. As soon as I left I tried ordering the exact same thing online to check and it was indeed $5 less. Unbelievable!

Let’s be honest if service sucks the whole experience including the food sucks. I stopped in for the 1st time to get a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I frequent the location in Carpenteria so I thought I would give this place a try. What a MISERABLE young woman (Harry arms with tattoos) working the counter. The inside looks beat up and the tables look dirty. Place could use a good deep cleaning and touch up paint job. I wouldn’t want to eat a $15 PB sandwich in this place because it’s dark and depressing plus it’s the most unwelcoming staff. She said “Is to go ok? I don’t expect this place to survive. I was the only customer in the shop and the with customer service like that from her – she will run every customer off.

Solid Deli! Hot and cold sandwiches. They have some PB&J spin-offs too if you’re looking for something on the sweeter end. Soups and salads as well. Something for everyone and indoor/outdoor seating. Prices are reasonable but probably on the higher end for this kind of food.

Update this is my number 1 sandwich. I modified the granny smith with cheddar cheese, avocado, ranch, fresh jalapeno lettuce and apple. It is tad of sweetness and spicy. It is very good if you handle the heat. If not you can add what you want and take off the jalapeno. I keep coming back because the food is good if you want a unique sandwich and something different this is the place. The staff is friendly and professional. Keep up the good work.

Cute and clean sandwich/ salad Cafe. Ordered a cobby Cobb salad since I’m low carbing. Need to request not to put the yummy fried onion? things next time. But I snuck a few and they’re tasty damn it. Anyways, big portions and there was plenty going on in my salad. Lots of chicken, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, hard boiled egg, tomatoes, and a nicely homemade ranch dressing… all for $11.50 ( Cobbs are always the priciest salads). I’ll be back that’s for sure!

The basic pbj and the basic pb&honey on (fresh, SOFT) wheat bread brought me to tears it was so good. It tasted exactly like what my nana made me as a child. And, under $10!
On a separate visit, not pictured, I ordered the blt which was absolutely stellar.
I have a hard time veering from the original basic but look forward to eventually trying some additional sandwiches.

First time here, my kids have been before and wanted to go back. Nice quiet atmosphere, it’s more than just PB&J sandwiches. They have signature sandwiches, with different proteins and cheeses, and PB’s. But you can also build your own sandwiches whatever you’re mind can conjure up in a sandwich they can do it. It could be a mixed protein or a mix PeeBee & Jay on a sandwich. They also have salads or you can create your own salad. It was all good, fresh ingredients, plenty of flavor and the bread was super soft. My kids loved the s’more’s PB sandwich, ate it all up. I definitely recommend this for all ages and well be back. The staff was very helpful and kind to us and all who came in while we were there. Great experience, thank you.

Great quality food including delicious pastrami sandwich and bacon-filled BLT-AC. Well-made sandwiches with ingredients that don’t fall out. Friendly staff and a diverse menu of hot and cold sandwiches, PB&J spin-offs, soups, and salads with indoor/outdoor seating. Prices are reasonable but on the higher end. Perfect spot for a fast, healthy lunch with fresh ingredients.
