I like this place but the food definitely has a lot more potential. The wings were kinda burnt. The collard greens were too soupy. The mac & cheese I’m pretty sure were the kraft mac & cheese from the box (not even any salt or pepper added). The ribs had a good flavor (good sauce and seasonings) but were a bit too dry. The beer was good, had the big red and game of wit, no complaints.

Boo’s is a great addition to the rt. 32 drive through senic & historic Bucks County. Located in a former firehouse it’s been transformed into a warm pub while maintaining all the historical features.
Service is spot on and friendly and the food is delicious along with their own brewed beers of which there’s a nice selection.
A great place to stop for lunch, happy hour or dinner.

Had a great lunch today while we were cycling on the D and L Canal Towpath. It was an easy stop for cyclists, and they have bike racks out front to make it easy for us. The food was fabulous. Everything we had was fabulous! Seriously! The pulled chicken was tender and just right spicy. The fries are seasoned and salted. They pickle green beans, yum. They serve their own house made pickles as well….so, so good. My husband had their delicious IPA…their brewer is a woman, so much fun. We also enjoyed the interior, a great collection of original fire gear and photos. They have lots of seating areas as well. I don’t think you could go wrong here. Check it out!

This place is a gem! Great food… I never finish my meal anywhere but I ate every morsel off my plate. Had the beef brisket and it was delicious. I tried one of their homemade beers and while I’m not a huge beer fan I LOVED their beer. Even had two glasses it was so good. I thought it was reasonably priced.. $50 for two meals plus one mixed drink and two beers without tip. Service was great, they kept checking in on us frequently and very friendly too. Bar had good vibes too. Warm and inviting.

June 30, 2025 – 4 for lunch.
(Cross posted from Yelp, I see I am 35 here.) I thought at the time I was going to be the 2nd reviewer….. but it seems the next day somebody jumped the spot!!! (smile)
We drove up from FL to see my best man a restaurateur and Bucks County resident as I was for 45 years. Out for a drive with our wives we planned to try this place along the bucolic Delaware River.
What a perfect spot and fantastic decor and building. Plenty of parking and a nice roomy interior. Cozy bar and tabletops with a little live music!!!!
Service was friendly, attentive, and laid back local. Go back to NY or wherever if you want fast and snappy… I think they were open for like 4 months at this point.
We had a few rounds of drinks the beer drinker in the crowd enjoyed the varied selection of PA on tap brews. Good wine selection and cocktails were ample and a good value.
The food pleased all with the Caesar salad with fresh greens and cheese and a delightful dressing. The smash burger was a “smash hit” and served as ordered!!!
Being the whole food plant based nutritarian looking for a healthful low to no oil, low to no sugar and low to no salt menu item that is of course no animal product loaded……. I found the —)))) Three flour tortillas withOUT the pulled chicken or pork and I had them put on black beans I saw they had for their tacos!!! it was topped with cabbage, taco relish & queso fresco with the house made jalapeño hot sauce! This was a HOME RUN!!! Really nice job.
This is perfect distance and destination from the Jericho Mountain for a little drive and dine experience.
The next time we are up from Florida in Bucks we are going to check these folks out…… and hope you will too!!! Local owned and friendly small business that is really doing a great job!!!

The cheeseburger (pub burger) was okay, but I’ve had much better from similar places. Maybe I’ll try the chicken next time I’m in town. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great, but they could definitely improve the quality of their food

Two out of three meals were perfect. Everyone was happy with their drinks. The atmosphere can’t be beat unless you are willing to drive 30-40 minutes.

Absolutely phenomenal food. If they have the brisket bombs, try them. I’m going to have dreams about these later. Welcoming atmosphere, great drinks. If you happen to stumble in out of a snowstorm, like we did, I heartily recommend a black Irish coffee. Coffee is good enough without cream, and warms you from within.
Warm reception, amazing staff, 10/10 recommend. I only wish we lived closer to come back again!

Very nice decor … firehouse theme was very well represented. Beer was decent. The poutine was a very nice appetizer. The pork sandwich as a bit disappointing as it lacked enough pork to justify the price. The server seemed a bit put off, and generally absent, to be serving us. Finally, only using plastic glasses, etc indoors is not to our liking … understandable when eating / drinking outdoors.

I get they are new but it was so difficult to get a food order in that we didn’t even eat there. Too many rules for where you can eat or drink. They were working really hard and trying to get us drinks but they are drowning in too many rules. Great looking spot though. Hope they get their rhythm soon!
