I ordered vegan green Thai curry . A server served me something else . It was smelling like non veg . Or some wrong ingredient . I was running Out of time . Asked for refund and he denied . I asked him to smell food he denied sneezing it too . Customer service was zero . Instead being sorry or helpful he didn’t even touch the food he served me. Need to throw it away . Never suggest this place to anyone

I ordered green curry chicken and it was missing ingredients. The ingredients they did put were gone bad. They also put very little vegetables and chicken. Rice was also very dry. I’m very disappointed. Don’t recommend anyone to eat here!

The first order i got was a cauliflower dish..the cauliflower tasted burnt..I took it back..got the special of the day..which was a Thai noodle dish..he didn’t offer a refund..he offered replacement..got it..the noodles were chewy

Horrible service, mean staff. Noodles were dry, meat was cold, and way too spicy. When I asked if I could get it remade, they refused and told me they train their staff well and there is nothing wrong with my order. Skip this location.

Only one employee was working and trying hard to keep up. We were the first to order, but it still took 25 minutes for our order to be ready. One dish was FAR spicier than the other. When I mentioned this, the manager appeared from the back and told me that he understands that people like me can’t handle the medium spice like they can. Since we are able to handle ghost pepper wings, I disagree with this argument. What I think happened is that the single employee accidentally added more spice because he was frazzled and had to do everything in his own when we ordered. Understandably. But it was very disappointing that customer satisfaction and providing an edible product mean nothing at this location. It took a while, but eventually he made a new dish. We were able to finally eat 50 minutes after originally ordering. Be careful ordering here. Had a had a better look at the grime in the overhead vent and other areas of the kitchen, i wood have not ordered in the first place. Live and learn.

This was so bad I actually threw it out. No flavor they only put salt and pepper in my basil fried cauliflower rice with tofu on top of that my order took 45mins and I was the only order…then they put chicken in it and had to remake it and my husband got his a half hour before I got mine…it was on the same order. Then as you can see in my photo the tufo was over cooked. I love thia express and this location shouldn’t have the name as I have been ordering the same thing for years.
