This is a very cool place to eat and relax—I love the atmosphere. I had never tried Korean food before, but this meal changed my life. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right mix of sweet and salty. Plus, the price point was very affordable compared to other options at Grand Central Market

Kimchi braised pork belly was a let down for me. I came here to try this dish. Maybe it was due to the poor service at the front counter. The customer service was not good. I wish she would have been more approachable. There was a sauce that the meal could have used more of and when I asked the lady for more she was very rude about giving me more. For my first time experience I was let down. I found the pork to be too dry and the combination of ingredients off. Very little kimchi and to much rice. Overall I was hoping for some more bang for my buck.

I ordered a Korean chicken dish, which was really nice. There were plenty of pieces of nicely-spiced fried chicken served on a bed of warm rice with fresh herbs. I wouldn’t mind returning.

I walked around the market debating what to have for dinner when this Korean restaurant grabbed my attention.
They had a special for Korean fried chicken with kimchi and rice for $15 and it even came with a drink!
I chose the spicy option (you could have regular as well). Once I ordered they said 10 minutes as they make it fresh which I appreciated.
The chicken was perfectly crispy, with only a thin layer of breading, moist inside and a good sauce. The kimchi was flavorful and came with a mountain of white rice. A huge, delicious meal for a low cost!

Inside the Grand Central Market in downtown LA with many diverse food options, decided to try the Korean eatery. Ordered the Kimchi Fried Rice with fried egg, it was a smaller portion for the price though, also didn’t look like the picture. No vegetable or kimchi sides either. Better going off with their rice plate that has 3 sides just a couple dollars more.

Tried the Kimchi Fried Rice, Bibimbap from the Grand Central Market.. taste was good since the area was crowded we could not enjoy the food like we would have expected! the Korean Apple Soda was OK!
For the Kimchi Friend rice, if there is an option to add Chicken would recommend that boz we only got the rice and veggies!
Overall a decent experience!

I ordered the korean fried chicken bowl. The chicken was overcooked, rice was dry, and served with a lot of wilted and rotten looking greens. Be careful what your order here. It looks like a lot of pre-cooked and reheated food.

The pork belly was tender and flavorful. But rice was under cooked and banchan non existent. 2 leaves of lettuce, some seaweed and pinch of cole slaw is not banchan. I am a huge fan of baroo so I wanted to try here for the banchan but that part was a huge let down.
