Usually have good service so that’s why its a 2 instead of a 1. Just got subway for my wife at home who wasnt given a break all day to eat anything. She’s starving and sick. Lady who was working on 7/18 at 9pm was complaining about a rush. There were 2 people and a door dash order. Asked for onions and I got 2 fist fulls. Is that normal for this many onions? I love subway and the other guy is great. The lady made my sick hungry wife cry.

Showed up 10.30am no one around. Asked the pilot employees they said they didn’t know because it depends on if anyone decides to show up to work. Disappointing because I ordered food the day before and they where friendly and food was good.

The guy working was SO friendly, genuinely enjoyed chatting with him. But the sandwich…… was absolutely horrendous. The ham tasted off, the bread might as well have been a brick because it was the same consistency. After driving for 8 hours and not eating I was so excited to grab a sub and was left severely disappointed.

I had a pregnancy craving for Subway and to my surprise, most of them close at 9pm. So glad I made it to this one before 10! The woman who helped me was very nice, despite me probably interrupting her closing duties. She made me a great sandwich. I wish I asked for her name, but please give the closer on 10/19 a huge shout out!

There is an excellent worker at this location and I strongly believe he needs a promotion. His name is Mason and he is the best at what he does there. He has the most amazing customer service I have ever seen, not only did he give us a discount, but he gave us a couple extra cookies because my best friend was taking me back home after my visit. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure we had a good rest of our night.

As a truck driver, it is extremely irritating when I see a BRIGHT restaurant sign at a truck stop that seems OPEN when in all reality it is CLOSED……This creates a plethora of issues for everyone. The truck drivers time, fuel consumption, added fuel emissions and cost. Driver’s time is then reflected back on the public consumer in various ways. If you’re going to put your restaurant inside a truck stop which is a 24 HOUR INDUSTRY, you should either stay open 24 hours OR shut off your sign on the highway. this happens WAY too much and I know I’m not the only one……. These truck stops are equally at fault for not holding you guys accountable for this problem.
