A hidden gem spot in twin falls. The lady that runs it makes all the food herself and it’s like eating homemade food. The French dip sandwich was amazing. 10/10 experience

This restaurant is inside the airport, easily reached by parking in the large lot, walking over to where the sign for arrivals is over a doorway and entering. See the signs for Happy Landing Restaurant. Less busy times, it is an easy seat-yourself scenario so you can plunk down, maybe near a window, and then read the menu a a server will bring to you. This visit we enjoyed coffee and a hearty breakfast. In fact, only if you are absolutely a big eater or are planning to share the meal should you get the chicken fried steak and eggs. It comes with biscuits and gravy and hashbrowns, and it is a LOT of food. Everything is good, comfort food, what you’d expect and want on a journey when you don’t know when next you’ll eat, or if you just want to sit a spell and have normal food that a good diner should serve. Everyone is welcome, whether you are a local, a passenger, or whatever. Efficient, friendly staff. Clean place. Very nice and clean restrooms available in the airport terminal, just steps away. Recommended!

Diner food that’s served by happy waitresses. I have to say I didn’t care for the gravy. It was just black pepper tasting with a few pieces of ham. I’m not really sure what to call it. Milk gravy that was bland. It was spicy from the pepper, and would have been too hot for a lot of people I know. That was aletdownn. I prefer sausage gravy. Or at least some sort of tasty gravy. Troy had a ham and cheese omelet that looked better than my breakfast, by far. He says it was a good omelet. Filled with plenty of cheese and ham. Let’s keep this place in business by visiting here from time to time. I will just have to find my favorite !

It’s a small pub/airport restaurant in a 1 gate airport. The staff was friendly, prices are affordable, meaning it’s not priced like larger airport pubs, the one cook is happy to make things from scratch, it doesn’t sit in a warming tray. Grab a beer or mixed drink, sit back on their patio, and enjoy a smoke while you wait, don’t forget to slow down and take pleasure in the mountains in the background!

We just love everything about this place. We’ve been going there for about 7 years every once in awhile.
The food is great and the service is wonderful.
BUT lately with the new cook they hired a few months ago it’s not been so wonderful.
If you order fish and chips or chicken strips, the batter is always over cooked and it’s just not good.
And as for this morning, there was only one couple in there and we still waited over 30 minutes for bacon and eggs.
The breakfast was excellent and the service was excellent but they need a faster and a better cook.
We’ll still go there because we love it but not the cook.
UPDATE: We were there again today and just like old times. Fish and chips were cooked PERFECTLY. ❤️

My wife and I flew in from Caldwell, ID just for breakfast. This was our second time to fly in for breakfast. The service, the food, the atmosphere, and especially THE COFFEE, were all absolutely awesome. I think we’re going to have to make The Happy Landing Restaurant a quarterly flight for us.

It’s off the beaten path and in the middle of nowhere at a tiny airport, but it’s worth it. We were the only two people for most of the time, but the service was fantastic. We had a deli sandwich with fries and a burger with potato salad. The food was delicious and all tasted really fresh. We also had a Bloody Mary which was yummy! They make their mix in house and it was delicious. Highly recommend taking the trip out here. Very friendly and kind people!
