It’s essentially what you’d expect from a casual teriyaki restaurant. Don’t come here if you want the highest quality authentic Asian food, but if you want something pretty fast and affordable while still being tasty and filling, this is a solid place with options. The interior is clean and comfortable, but it’s also a good place for takeout. I like their beef bulgogi a decent amount, especially for the price.

Normally I love coming to this restaurant.
Their food is great and portioning is fantastic.
However tonight I arrived at 7:50pm (they close at 8pm) and was told they wouldn’t serve, me because the kitchen was done.
Look, I get it, everyone wants to get home as soon as the clock creeps to quitting time.
However I too have worked in a restaurant and on many occasions, didn’t get to go home when I wanted to. Why? Because you’re at work and that’s the brakes.

We first tried Ninja Bowl Teriyaki at Banks 5-6 years ago. At that time we learned that it was a sister restaurant to our 10 year favorite, Kokiyo Teriyaki #3, and we thought, no wonder it was so good. We were happy when the Murray Blvd. location opened later, but we went there yesterday because they opened a new location in a much closer neighborhood on 12/12/2022. The restaurant was bright and open and more spacious than we expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had the Shrimp Udon Noodle Soup and the Chicken & Beef Teriyaki. Of course both were very tasty.

Today we had the Tofu Udon Noodle Soup and the Honey Spicy Chicken. As always, the portions are generous yet reasonably priced and delicious.

The yakisoba and yakiudon noodles at all restaurants are very sweetly seasoned, but I prefer Japanese savory seasoned yakisoba and yakiudon noodles. The yakiudon here was less sweet and easier to eat than at other restaurants. The teriyaki bowl also had a gentle flavor.

I have been to this restaurant many times, and it is my favorite. We had the Chicken Teriyaki and Tofu Udon Noodle Soup. The portions are always generous and tasty, and the price is reasonable.

We had the Tofu Udon and The Tofu Mini Bowl. I tried the tofu mini bowl for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was much larger than I expected.

My husband always orders to go, and their daily special! He loves it. I have been coming here with my son and we are delighted. The food is always what it’s pictured. Great taste. They have free miso soup if dining in.. The environment is calm and quiet.

I was waiting for my food for 25 minutes I dint see was busy I saw the lady put food on a rack but í think was for Togo after 25 minutes she see me seating in the first table and she go a. D grab the bag and said is my order I was just wondering what happened and I remembered I didn’t give her a tips but í didn’t because she was rude is my first time and I ask her wha is good and she said I don’t know

The teriyaki was a little too sweet and the vegetables were frozen I’m pretty sure but other than that it’s good for the price you pay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Staff rating 10/10

We ordered the Chicken Katsu and Chicken Teriyaki Entree, both were delicious! The meat was fresh and cooked perfectly. The teriyaki had a great charred flavor and the katsu was nice and crispy. Portion sizes are very generous for the price and you could easily get 2-3 meals out of one entree. The staff were very friendly and even gave me new katsu sauce to take home with my leftovers.
Their dining area is very clean and well spaced out. You get complementary hot tea, miso (green onions on the side), and pickled ginger if you dine in. Each table has a little basket with a bottle of teriyaki sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce.
This is one of the better teriyaki restaurants around and I highly recommend it!
