Jings is one of the best Chinese food locations in this area. I have always had a great experience getting food from here. The staff is always very nice and food is always ready by the pick up time. The Crab Rangoons is out of this world good. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for Chinese food.

I hate to be the one to say it, but this sequel is better than the original. I don’t know what is different, but whenever I get food from here it tastes fresher and is more flavorful than the Original Jings.
The service is rather quick too, I am able to order my food at the counter and be out the door in less than 10 minutes.

Low quality dry and hard chicken teriyaki, lo mein and crab rangoons had no flavor. Not happy at all tonight with my order especially for the price your paying. Won’t be going back no thanks !

The first bad experience: We placed an order to go for something like $50 which included chicken wings. Picked them up, brought them home, and found they had been fried so long that they were inedible. Had to drive back and they reluctantly replaced the order saying that there was nothing wrong with the wings. OK, maybe this was just a bad day for them.
Second bad experience: We ordered something like $75 worth of food to go. Got home and found that they had not included a item that they charged us for. Called them to let them know and they asked us if we had checked the bag. Really…? Yes, oddly enough, we checked the bag. A total of x3 people checked the bag. I drove back to get my money back for the single item. They asked me if I had checked the bag again. My answer, oddly enough, was yes. Three people checked the bag. They pretty much implied that I must have been lying. I only got my money back (for the single item) after I insisted. Really… Given the amount of money that we have spent over the course of many years, you’re going to create an unhappy customer for the sake of something like a $7 item? Well done. Poor attention to detail and poor customer service. Highly NOT recommend.

Nice host. Only reason I went there the additional two times and in hopes that the food would actually taste oriental. I’ve probably been to 100 Asian cuisine restaurants in my life (I’m young) and I can say this is ranked at the very bottom. Food tastes bland and easy dishes like beef and broccoli tastes awful. I really don’t know when the last time I went out of my way to post something negative about a restaurant, I actually don’t think I ever have…
If you want Asian cuisine I suggest you travel an extra two miles for real food.

My entire family loves this restaurant. My son & husband were very sad to see the sushi chef leave. Everything we’ve got has always been good. General Tsao chicken, Szechuan green beans, Kung Pao chicken & crab ragoons are our favorites. My boys loved the spicy tuna rolls when the sushi station was open. We are regulars here & it’s consistently good.

I always enjoy Jings! I find it a healthy choice, our fav is the chicken and beef in ginger sauce, house special fried rice, crab rangoons as well as the pan friend dumplings! Nice to go to a restaurant where they remember who you are. Going there for years!!!!!

The order arrived on time. I had the delivery person ring the bell in rapid succession as well as knocked on the door three times. It only took me 10 seconds to arrive @ the door. When I told the delivery person that he only.needed to ring the doorbell once. He proceeded to laugh. I called the restaurant & they told me they were too busy.

I just stopped in for the first time today. I ordered the chow main, fried rice and chicken fingers. The rice looked like it was hanging around for some t8me. The chicken fingers were hardly cooked and when you bit into them there was uncooked batter. The chowmein was just a plate of bean sprouts glistening with some watery substance maybe 2 celery strips, and very little onion. It was the worst Chinese restaurant ever. I told the waiter and he did not remove it from the bill, or offer to make any adjustments on my untouched $10 meal. I said I walk out and pay nothing or I walk out and put a review online. He opted for the latter. Why do Chinese restaurants always appear dingyand dark? The fish tank looked very dirty and the plants init were brown. gross! The rug was dirty. Bad food, bad waiter, bad attitude. Do not go here!

Jings Garden is the only local Chinese food restaurant where I can call, tell them I’m celiacs, and the man working will say yes or no when I mention an item. Their general chicken is so good. Fabulous service!
