This is the latest McDonald’s to open in the area and the experience here was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our food was very fast, accurate and delicious. It looks like it will be the best McDonald’s in the area.

Just went to the driver through on 01.28.2026 at 7:30 pm to get 2 apple pies one strawberry pie , one happy meal with a cheeseburguer , and one double quarter with bacon meal , got the food drove home to get here and find out all good are wrong plus missing . No pies , no fries , and chicken nuggets instead do cheeseburgers. They don’t answer the phone that means I got robbed ? I will have to drive all the way back if I want my money back ?

SERVING OLD FOOD AND REHEATING (if you’re lucky enough to get warm food)!
This location opened 3 days ago and I have visited the location twice. Both visits my food has been cold and ‘old’. The food appears to have been cooked hours before it was served. See picture below of the most recent sandwich picture. In the picture, the cheese had hardened so much so that it is literally holding the sandwich together, this typically happens after cheese is heated, cools down and then reheated – hence why I believe they are serving old sandwiches! Also, the fries were soggy, cold and VERY salty. It’s disappointing that with being a new restaurant the food quality is so poor! I am guessing that because it is a 24-hr service location, they are reserving old food that doesn’t sell. Customers, check your food before you drive away!!!

Terrible experience! I went on the drive thru at 11pm, ordered through the app and waited for 30 minutes for someone to answer the intercom and when they finally answered they said they weren’t taking any orders… unacceptable

We visited for the first time a week after they opened. The manager was very friendly and ensuring that her staff was efficient and kind. There was a noticeable difference from always having to wait 20 minutes for our order. Thanks so much for making a difference!

The restaurant was clean, and during our visit we saw the employees cleaning the tables and the floor. The food was acceptable, and even though one of the burgers was not prepared the way we ordered it, they very kindly remade it according to our specifications. The girl who assisted us, named Jayiynn, was super friendly and provided us with great service.

EDIT: A whole week later- I went back today for 2 drinks and a large fry. I ordered at 3:26pm. At 3:36pm my son made his own order of 6 nuggets, large fry & medium drink. His order came out almost immediately. At 3:40pm I had to ask several people where my order was. No one was apologetic or quick to fill the order. They gave me my two drinks and fries at 3:44pm. It should NOT take almost 20 minutes for just 2 drinks and a fry. I understand being busy or maybe even understaffed— this was not the case, plenty of teens standing around in the back doing nothing but watch me ask for me order.
We were so incredibly excited for this location to open. The first week every thing was great. Food was good, service was fantastic. Now a few weeks in? Not so much. 3x now we have had to cancel mobile orders because they weren’t taking orders. On this latest visit, we were told we could wait for the mobile order but no time frame on how long the wait was. When we questioned what the issue was (system? Out of food?) a very ignorant girl got on and told us they weren’t taking orders and that was that. We pulled up and an employee opened the window & we asked to speak with a supervisor or the girl who had just been rude to us, the employee said that girl was being like that all night to everyone—so even other employees are aware of her poor attitude. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional and flat out REFUSED to give us her name when asked. There was zero professionalism. She lacks the skills to be in a position of management. I am appalled at how she spoke to us both over the speaker and in person. This location really needs to reconsider who they have managing shifts and figure out why they can’t seem to take orders so often.
