There was a hair in my food could have been lice. Pizza tasted days old. Breadsticks were oiled up

This location is by far the worst location of them all. Lack of customer service, incorrect orders, and an extremely rude and unprofessional manager (at least that’s what I think she was, since she was called to the front to correct my order through the POS system. The cashier called her Von). Not a single employee wearing gloves, handling food and utensils and even worse, while in the kitchen handling FOOD! Our pizza and breadsticks were both lukewarm and tasted greasy and old as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for the entire day. It’s amazing that this location has lasted all the years with the decline in both food and service. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Rocky Rococo Pizza holds a special place in our hearts as our kids’ all-time favorite spot at the mall. It’s the go-to place whenever we need to please their palates. The food, while simple and basic, somehow manages to capture their taste buds perfectly.

However, the experience at this particular location has been a bit mixed. The staff always seem to be running at full speed, leaving little room for attentive customer service. While we appreciate their efficiency, it would be wonderful if they could find a balance that ensures both quality food and a more pleasant dining atmosphere.

Despite this, we can’t deny the joy it brings to our little ones’ faces, making it a reliable choice for our mall outings. If you’re looking for a no-fuss, kid-friendly option, Rocky Rococo Pizza won’t disappoint!

Stopped in Mayfair Mall, specifically for Rocky Rococos Pizza. I arrived right at opening. The clerk informed me nothing was ready. She told me to come back in ten minutes. I waited 20 mins and went back. The clerk informed me it would be another 10 minutes. I then gave up, and went to Villa Pizza, where everything was ready and available. Rocky Rococo should post a sign that nothing is available until 30 minutes after opening

The Sunday afternoon crew nailed it today. The breadsticks were especially top notch — visiting this location again will be a priority the next time I’m at Mayfair.

I swear, this location swings from the most careless and rude employees to some of the best and most thorough almost weekly. If I didn’t like the food so much I would never come here. Whoever is doing the hiring or training is not empowering their employees with a sense of pride in their work, let alone an ounce of respect for guest service. As a customer service worker myself, I expect the employees I interact with to use complete sentences, say thank you to end the interaction, and not cut me off before I’m done ordering. These behaviors do not occur here. When they’re good, they’re awesome. Wish there was more of that. Not to mention: I’m sure being paid less than a livable wage has some influence on attitude too.
